When visiting Canada for the first time, a visit to the Niagara Falls is really a must. The view from the Skylon Tower was spectacular.

This package could have been perfect for my family, so i was very disappointed that we were informed only during the trip that all activities were not available because it's Christmas day.

Zoom tours could have been transparent about this to allow customers to decide if they'll still push through or best reschedule.

Ali, our driver, on the other hand, was very knowledgeable and funny. His voice sounded like he was always in a rush though. But despite us not seeing much because of the heavy fog and cancellation of activities, Ali did his best in allowing us to imagine what was suppose to have been there and replaced the boat cruise with the Skylon Tower.

End of the day, we still got to see and feel the majesty of the falls and captured the thrill of the moment with my family. Thank you Ali and ZOOM Tours!

Good tour. The guide/driver was too good at sharing information related to the places, visit multiple attractions, on time pick up and drop off, dinner was pretty good

What are included ( such as hornblower cruise was not there) . If some of the activities are closed , they should not write in the itinerary moreover it is added to the cost

Johnny was the best guide for our Niagara Falls Tour on Dec 9!! We had so much fun…and bonded as a group. But it was ALL because of Johnny and his ability to connect with all of us. Everyone was from various places in the world (Morroco, England, Ghana, Mexico, Germany/Dubai, Philippines, & USA) and Johnny was able to speak each language. (He speaks 7 fluent languages and about 500 words in various other languages). Truly a memorable day touring Niagara Falls. Also…the tour it self was amazing too. For a day in Dec…the weather was beautiful. I captured so many memories. This tour is well worth the money spent.

We booked this for my brother's birthday. Our tour guide Johnny did such an amazing job. He took us thru some of the winery vineyards and had so much knowledge to share with all of us. The experience at Niagara was a great experience for all of us. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Great time visiting all the sites. Beautiful day with partially cloudy skies made for great photos. Friendly guide provided great information and bypassed all the ticket lines and showed us all the great photo locations. Enjoyable day.

We signed up for the day/evening cruise/dinner tour but subsequently notified that that tour was full. We ended up switching to a day/lunch tour. Not what we originally wanted but still a great day.
