WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Mexico City
5:00-5:15am -We will pick you up at your Hotel in CDMX to go to the magical town of Teotihuacán, where our balloon port is located.
2. Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan
6:15am - We will be arriving at the takeoff area where we will welcome you with a bar of coffee and cookies. 6:45am - We will take off in the hot air balloon where we will fly for 45 minutes up to 10,000ft above the archaeological zone of Teotihuacán. 8:00am - Upon landing, the traditional ceremony will take place, where you will toast with the pilot and he will give you your flight certificates.

9:00am -we will go to have breakfast at LA CUEVA Restaurant, that's right we will have breakfast inside a grotto, 100% natural, a unique experience in the world
4. San Martin de las Piramides
10:00 a.m. -You will soak up the culture and knowledge in the obsidian and maguey workshop taught by expert guides and you will enjoy tasting different types of artisan liquors made in Teotihuacán. 12:00 pm -If you wish, you will have up to 2 free hours to tour the archaeological zone of Teotihuacán. (Entrance to the archaeological zone not included) 1:00 pm-we return to CDMX and this experience will end
5. San Juan Teotihuacan
-All times are approximate and may change depending on the weather and the logistics of the day, confirm the start time of the tour. -It is important to consider that it is a tour and all the activities must be carried out, if you wish to finish the tour before the last stop, you must return to CDMx by yourself -The flight depends completely on the weather, we cannot guarantee flying right over the archaeological zone, but 90% of the flights we manage to fly above or very close to it -The cave restaurant is unique in the world, and has very specific hours, so we could wait up to 45 minutes for its opening at 8:30 a.m., it all depends on the day and logistics.

What an amazing experience! We were picked up at our hotel at 4:30 am. Hugo was kind and was a great driver. We arrived at the Viva Vuela HQ and was provided hot refreshments and light snacks. Our guide provided information about the day and then we were escorted to balloon. Our pilot had participated in Fiesta NM in 2023 and did an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend. It was a unique and relaxing way to view the pyramids.

This was my second time in the hot air balloons and it was even better than the first time! Beautiful sunrise, super friendly staff, and the best guides and pilots imaginable. We got picked up at our hotel and dropped off on time without any problems too! Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting

The staff picked us up at 4:30am in our hotel. Then we drove into Teotihuacan, while we waited they gave us free coffee. The flight was very smooth and easy. The pilot was very friendly and the videos they take are awesome!

It was a very fun time! Very efficient and kind staff. We were picked up directly in front of the hotel and taken to the take off location. Staff was very friendly and helpful to understand the history of the town and ruins. Views of the sunrise were beautiful. Provided food and refreshments to stay fueled for a fun adventure!

Excellent!. The balloon flight was incredible. The pilot seems very experienced, we had the opportunity to fly over the archaeological zone and the pyramids. The view and the landscape with many other balloons in the sky makes the experience even more incredible. Also then breakfast in the cave, the tasting and the visit to the pyramids. It is worth it!
Our guide, Zitlali, was very friendly and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

The complete tour is highly recommended!! Very good attention, super friendly. We arrived early, 5:30, we registered and then we had a coffee and some cookies. Then we went to the balloon, they took many photos of us and we started the trip. I loved the balloon flight because it was very delicate, there were no sudden movements, at no time was I afraid. Then we ate at the La Cueva restaurant, the food was very delicious and we went to the Tlalocan crafts place, we had a pulque and mezcal deguatation, excellent! And finally we saw the pyramids!!🙌🏼 Closing the tour in a fabulous way!!

It was awesome seeing the pyramids from the hot air balloon and beautiful views of sunrise and the Mexico City. Good experience. Guided company and the guide was great. Hats of guys. Breakfast cave restaurant was good but the food taste was hmm.
