Lovely trip up the Thames, lovely staff, sandwiches were stale which spoilt it for us took a while for tea top up

The day was sunny , friendly people , good pastries we enjoyed it !! We didn’t have to wait too long to sit down . Everything was good but they took too long to bring the pastries that the tea get cold and all gone

The sandwiches were good and the scone lovely. Be sure to go upstairs and listen to the commentator. He was fabulous and a good sense of humor.

Was pretty excited about this, but I ended up getting ignored and had to go ask for my tea - took until we were about 40 min into the trip to get it (and the first time I asked I was basically told to buzz off). The food was okay (emphasis on okay). The ride was nice, however the compartment was really full, which made it hot and uncomfortable. My advice? hit a museum instead or take a cheaper boat tour. 100 pounds is massively overvaluing this experience.

What a lovely experience! Our tour guide Doug was very knowledgeable and a true Englishman. The walking tour was delightful for all ages! The tea was unbelievable! I wish I could find tea like that at home!

This afternoon tea cruise was lovrly. The desserts snd tea were delicious. It was relaxing and we got a tour of the buildings a long the Thamesj.

Food & tea presentation was great. Would like to have been told at the beginning of the cruise that we'd be consuming food commentary-free the first half of the cruise & that the commentary would happen on the second half of the cruise. We had a very enjoyable time; thank you.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The views are great and it was organized / run really well. The tea and snacks could have been better but you get what you pay for. I’d splurge and get a window table if you can as some are more toward the middle of the boat which can make it hard to see.
