I think this may be the first review I have ever written, and I felt the need to do so because I would like for others to have as great an experience as I had today. From exploring the Imperial Palace, navigating amazing vintage shopping in Koenji, to a crash course on using the subway, Momoko was extremely informative, while offering relaxing company and a unique sense of humour. I feel so much more confident exploring more of Japan as a solo female traveler now, thanks to Momoko. Arigatou Momoko, and thank you for teaching me the meaning of kanji today!

Abu Bakor Siddik was incredibly accommodating. He fit the tour to our interests, stayed with us as long as needed and treated our family with great care and respect!! He took great care of our college young adults and taught us with great detailed about every area that we visited. We will definitely work with him again. No one showed up. We traveled an hour by train to meet the guide and they didn't respond to our texts or emails. Contacting the company and they said they were sorry. The company did refund us and offer to give us a 2 hour tour for free, but we don't have time in our limited schedule. But still very disappointed, as we looked forward to this tour and built a day around it only to have it not happen.

Nobu gave us a wonderful tour. He was very friendly and taught us a good amount about etiquette and proper shrine rituals. Definitely worth it.

The tour guide barely spoke a word. We had to engage in conversation with him for him to speak. Nice guy I would assume but for a tour guy I believe you have to be more engaging with your customers. When asked about basic history regarding Tokyo train station, he just replied “it’s very old”. Did not take us to the Imperial Palace, as agreed in our schedule, because as per him it was 10 minutes walking both ways and just showed us google images of the imperial palace.

Justine was great! She reached out and asked us what we would like to well in advance. Justine created an awesome itinerary highlighting both old temples and newer items such as shopping districts and mall, we even stopped for Ramen! Justine was very knowledgeable and gave us little tidbits of customs, culture and history along the way. She was flexible towards the end and even helped us buy Bullet train tickets for later in our vacation. Overall great time, felt like we were there with a friend! Thank you

Chiara took us around and customized the tour based on our interests like Anime and Cars. She spoke very good English and gave us some history on the area like the temple.
