Welcome to the Home of Guinness. Located in the heart of St. James’s Gate, the Guinness Storehouse was once the old fermentation plant of the brewery where today, you can experience the history, heart, and soul of Ireland’s most iconic beer. As you explore the space, find out what makes the brewing process so special, hear about the history of the brewery and check out the archive of award-winning Guinness advertisements on display. Your final stop is the Gravity Bar, where you can enjoy the perfectly poured, perfectly chilled pint of Guinness included in your ticket with panoramic views of Dublin city and beyond.

A classic way to spend the way in Dublin to learn about what its best known for. Great atmosphere and great bar up the top to have a Guinness at the end of the tour.

Great experience, would recommend! The service was beyond expectations. Due to a injury, I showed up with crutches, and was immediately asked if I wanted to borrow a wheelchair. This made the whole experience so much more convenient, and the whole place was very friendly for wheelchair users and people with mobility disabilities.

I would say this was ok, but quite expensive for what you get, there are a few floors but don’t feel learnt a great deal. Did like having our picture on top of the Guinness but it was £8 which is expensive

It was not what I was expecting to see but it was ok. In my opinion it looks more like shopping mall than brewery connected museum. A lot of TVs as a part of almost every exhibition, with very advertise-like looking videos on them. For quite expensive ticket I would like more than self guided tour with very few information (Guiness history and manufacture process must be more complicated and more fascinating than what is displayed) that I have to read in crowded corridors. Pint of Guiness at top floor saves the tour.(even that bar is overcrowded)

Yeah, slightly overrated in my opinion.

They just want you to spend a load of money in there. I get it, it’s a business. But you’re never far away from adding to the price of what you spent on the original ticket. Souvenir shops, extra 15 to pour your own pint. Extra to get a picture on top of a pint.

Best part was the view at the top in bar. And even then, it was actually the worst pint of Guiness it had whilst in dublin. Bizzare.

Not for me, but can see why others would enjoy it.

We visited The Storehouse on a City break in October, it was as interesting, but we’ve been to a couple of breweries such as the Heineken experience in Amsterdam and that was better. Lots of large open spaces with not a lot to see or do. Bar at rooftop level was great place to site and have a couple of Guinness!

This was our second time at Guinness Storehouse and a lot has changed since our first visit in 2017. I miss the personal guide now that is an extra cost.
The learn how to pour a pint is also an extra fee. Love the Gravity Bar with its amazing 360 view of Dublin.
Still worth the visit but we found the Smithwick’s tour in Kilkenny was a better tour.

On this tour you get a chance to see the whole process and history of how Guinness is made. It’s very interesting and definitely worth an hour and a half of your time. Easily one of the better (if not the best) tour I’ve done on my travels.
