Having been to Jungfraujoch before, this was more for my wife so I did not expect much. That said, what REALLY made the trip great was the tour guide KID "Kid Dongsaensuk". After telling me 3 mins after I bought my 8 Euro StarBucks Americano Misto with 3 pumps of SugarFree Vanilla Coffee, that I was not allowed on the bus with it, I was a bit pissed off with him - no fault of his own, just had to take it out on someone so I was already not liking him. Well... that soon changed when I saw him in action. His flashing Chinese Calendar outfit, matched with his over the top personality, tied together with his ability to herd a significant amount of cats (humans) through multiple buses, trains, gondolas, all the while highlighting excellent viewing areas and forcefully taking your phone from you so that you can have the best magical photo possible, made Kid the highlight of this tour. Do not get me wrong, the Jungfraujoch mountain is breath taking - however our brains are wired to associate 1 item to another in our longterm memory. Kid will always be associated to Jungfraujoch for me. If you are fortunate enough to get a tour with Kid, it will surely be one of the most memorable trips in your life. PS: Kid can be much to take in, but sit back, watch him do what he does best, watch him navigate the country side unapologetically, move non-tour members aside so that your picture is the best, and enjoy the ride. Great Job Kid. To do what you do is an amazing skill and craft. Do not change anything. You be You.

The Jungfraujoch site was amazing. But I think the morning guidance from Zurich to
desyit was really bad. Being driven to Lucerne then Interlaken got off for 20mins. Was not told fo where to get water food and toilet. We walked around everywhere and there was only watch stores. No place to buy water. U was so thirsty and wanted food too. Walked fat before I had to enter some shop to use their toilets then it's fine to come back to bus, but still felt thirsty. We only found food and drinks once we reach the station to catch the tram up the mountain. I just think that someone other bus should be taking those people who want to go to Grindelwald. Saves the time for the morning

Bus ride was from Zurich, stopped at Interlaken, then to junfraujoch. Kid was the guide and he is good, you need to have a sense of humor with him as he is quite straight forward but because of him we survived the top. The only problem was at the top of Europe. When we got to the top is when the crazy began. It was full of Indian tourists, speaking loud, shoving and pushing us into elevators and into the cable car. There was no peace at the top and it’s horrible with no crowd control and no manners. People were acting like animals instead of behaving in an orderly fashion. If you are spending $, and want a peaceful experience, this is not the place for sure. Everything else was good but not the top of Europe. Also please be of good health, else you will feel dizzy and out of sorts with less air and the crazy crowd. Please have some crowd control at the top, why would you let people behave this way after spending so much $.

Amazing experience. Best of Switzerland. The weather was great, our guide Mr.Kid was terrific and it was a a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend it

It was a great trip. A long day with busses, trains, cogwheels and gondola but worth every minute. Fantastic guide who made sure we didn’t miss a thing and the had all kinds of pictures to document the journey.
