It all starts with a warm cup of tea or coffee before jumping right into the crafting of your own Buttery Croissant, Pain au Chocolat (or chocolate croissant) and the Pain au Raisin ! Small groups of 8 allow the chef to follow closely how you learn new skills and knowledge.
First, discover the equipment, the ingredients, and the theory behind the making of the croissant. You will be making it from scratch with quality ingredients we selected from our local producers.
Then kneading the predough is where it all begins. You will provide the last ingredient with the rolling pin as you roll out the finished dough from which you will shape your own pastries! Time will do the rest while they rest and bake.
It all ends well with the tasting of what you have baked and the always instructive chat about your trip to Paris. We, as chefs, are very happy to give you our culinary advice, recommendations, and opinions and also learn from you. Don’t forget to take away the leftovers!

Morgan was the perfect chef to teach us how to make croissants! She was professional, personable and fully engaging! Our croissants came out better than the restaurants!

Our chef was friendly, helpful and appeared to be enjoying himself. He made the class very fun. I am so bad with names and can't recall his name. He was even able to make cinnamon rolls with our "scraps"!!

This class stepped through all of the steps required to make croissants. I was pleasantly surprised to see beautiful croissants baked that I created. Nice sized group. I am hoping that what we learnt can be applied at home.

I signed up for the class 24 hours before the class. During that period the host changed the location. I’m not from France. I had not seen the message, of which there were two within that period. They finally called me 1 HOUR before the start of the class. If I am required to cancel before 24 hours without penalty, they should not change the terms within 24 hours without penalty. I expect a refund. One of your reps sent them an email. I still haven’t heard back.
