We had a good time on the trip but the vehicle broke down, which they sent another van to pick us up at the next stop. We had to wait for about an hour for the Uber to get there, missed the next tour and was behind the rest of afternoon. Our gal that took us was fantastic!!!!! But, she did tell us that since we missed a tour, got delayed and for the inconvenience that half of our money would be refunded. I received an email that $40.00 was going to be refunded to me. That is not half. I do hope that someone reaches out to me to resolve this.

Belkis was an amazing driver and provided the best service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and the different attractions and culture. Would definitely do this again.

Little communication from the tour operator (Booked through Chase via Viator) and that communication I did receive was condescending. I left several voice mails for the vendor and received exactly zero calls back. They were only able to book one of the distilleries we wanted to go to. However, our tour was cancelled the day before without notice, communication, or reason. We had booked a couples trip surrounding this experience and were looking forward to low stress trnasportation between distilleries. Now, we get to go to the distilleries we actually want to go to (most tours are free) and saved a great deal of money in the process!
Additionally, I see the business has responded to several of the reviews in a similiarly condescending, rude, and argumentative tone that I expereinced. Avoid.

This was a fantastic tour, especially first those of us who are always in charge of planning and logistics! Our driver, Belkis, did a great job getting us where we needed to be and letting us know exactly what we needed to do. She even got us to a fast food stop so we got some food in our system in between tastings! We visited Four Roses, Woodford Reserve, and Buffalo Trace. All were great, but Woodford Reserve was our favorite. I highly recommend this tour!

We booked this trip to see a few distilleries and were thrilled with how smoothly it was run. As the person who is always in charge of planning and getting us where we need to be, it was so nice Surprisingly fun and interesting museum. They have done a great job of making this a tour that’s fun for all ages. The historical elements are enriching and the experiential stuff is just so cool! We got to take pictures holding Babe Ruth’s bat! I highly recommend for anyone who likes baseball or seeing how stuff is made. as the person who is in charge of planning and logistics for family trips, it was awesome to sit back and relax while someone else got us there. Our tour guide, Belkis, got us checked in at each distillery and made sure we knew exactly where and when we needed to be somewhere. We visited Four Roses, Woodford Reserve, and Buffalo Trace. All were great, but we like Woodford the most. Overall, I highly recommend this tour for a good, fun day, especially for you planners who want a day to enjoy 😀!

A full fun day for a couple (celebrating their anniversary.) Bilkis our guide for the day was engaging and knowledgeable- she even got us a congratulations balloon at one of the stops. We were able to pick the distillers from a pre-determined list which made it special with our choices. We loved that there was no driving and we were picked up and dropped off an our hotel. Markers Mark is a super stop, if you have the time.

The bourbon tour was great, we went to Four Roses, Buffalo Trace, and Woodford Reserve during the day. Belkis, our driver, was very helpful and friendly. She drove great and got us everywhere on time. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that the communication from the tour team was abysmally bad leading up to it. The event confirmation I got had the wrong date, pickup time, and no specified third location. I tried to reach out to confirm and times with no response. When I finally got in touch through our driver, they said they never got my messages and then proceeded too immediately respond through the app. Overall good experience, but communication needs to improve.

The driver was exceptional, she bend over backwards to helps us and take care of us! Her name was Belkis, she even recommended restaurants in the louisville area. Friendly, polite, and professional.
Four roses was superb, great tasting experience, shopping, and beautiful venue.
Woodford reserve, very knowledgeable tour guide, place great, shopping good.
Our score of four is mainly because our experience with Buffalo Trace, it was to say the least disappointing.
The tour guide (1pm) did not offer tickets he was supposed to for the chosen liquor sale. Due to this we missed to buy… poor tasting experience hosted by the same person. The tasting experience involved disposable cups and no water, standing, in an assembly line type experience.
Still we would recommend the experience and in Buffalo Trace, ask the tickets and check website for the bourbon offering of the day
