The tour depature time changes seasonally you will be contact 8-24hrs prior via Viator Message if there is a change in depature time. We depart around sunset seasonally.
Please arrive 10mins before departure.
Outdoor footwear is required. Trails are used by horse and human.

I was expecting more dark sky than constellations, but it was good. Suggestion is to see if Canada will allow the guide to use a Lazer to point out the constellations so those who can't "see" them can follow along. The US Park Rangers use them and it's great. They are very careful about airplanes and pause the presentation when needed.

We were so happy that we were able to include this tour on our trip! It was a little touch and go earlier in the day as to whether the clouds would cooperate, but it ended up a go! We started the tour at a very easy place to find, singed our forms and off we went. It was an easy walk with frequent stops, interjected with local lore and park history, as well as night viewing tips and info. Our guides were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable and did all they could to help everyone enjoy the hike. At the conclusion they gave us extra tips on places to hike that were less crowded and other places where we could view the night skies without light pollution. I would recommend this hike highly to anyone who loves stargazing! Enjoy!

Ben was a great and accommodating host to us. He shared some of his knowledge of the various constellations in the night sky and even provided us with directions as to when and where to view the Northern Lights. An event we wouldn't have otherwise known about or attended.

A absolutely lovely experience. Ben and Jacob are very knowledgeable, passionate and want you to have the best experience possible. They set a great pace to allow us plenty of relaxed time to take it all in.
Be sure to have your own transportation or a pre-arranged (guaranteed) pick up, as shuttle buses don’t run from around 10.30pm. Tour returns 11.30pm. Thanks to Ben and Jacob for going the extra mile. It was great to meet you both. Love what you do!

The walk was great, our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to try and show us some stars. Pace and difficulty were very easy, a small patch of ice was nothing. The moon was practically full so we didn't see as much but Sirius was putting on a show for us.

Amazing your, views like nothing I’ve seen before and so unique going at night. Some of the nicest pictures I’ve taken of the night sky. Started out a little cloudy but cleared up well. Even if it hadn’t cleared the views were still stunning. Highly recommend for anyone. Tour guide well prepared and knowledgeable. Felt very safe with the headlamp and metal crampons. Half of the hike we didn’t even need the headlamp because of how bright the sky was from the northern lights but you could still see the stars and satélites. Will def do it again next time we are back here.

Thsi is such a unique and memorable tour, the walk was comfortable and the guide was nothing short of amazing. We felt really safe and engaged throughout the walk. The stars took a while to come come out, but they were beautiful
