So much fun!! Pablo and his crew members were great! They showed us how to use the ATVs . The zip lines were long but a lot of fun! And swim in Cenote was relaxing. The food servers were so friendly and welcoming! And tequila tasting was YUMMM! And we learned about making tequila. ! Bought a bottle too! The experience was wonderful way to spend my birthday! Only disappointment was I left my souvenir hat in the shuttle that took us and since it was same one and driver to take us back I expected it to be in there and it wasn’t. While it’s my fault for forgetting it, I would think the drivers would look before loading the next group. So I lost $38 hat ☹️

Excellent service all around. Upgraded to VIP and some of the reviews say that it’s not worth it, but I assure you would definitely was ! You get to swim way longer you get special in a smaller group tequila tasting was phenomenal. Bought a few bottles to take home.

For starters, if the tour pick up is going to start at 12:00 PM, you need to put STARTS AT 12. I chose a 1:30 time slot and found out I had to leave my hotel at 12:15. I did not like that. Put the time we have to leave the hotel. Second, the tour was too long, but not in a good way. I was looking forward to the Zip lining, ATV and swimming in the centote, but we got literally got 30 minutes for each activity ...but the tour was from 12:15 (from pickup) to returning at 7 (drop off). How is it that? Waste of time. Only 30 minutes per activity. ATV we literally just went around in a circle, not fun, not real riding. Zipline, 3 lines that was it. And they force you to wear a life jacket in the cenote (been to them before and it wasn't mandatory) so why ask who can and can't swim if we all have to wear them regardless. You had a guy taking pictures throughout the tour. Maybe 10-18 photos taken that they showed you. They wanted $75 USD for all of them, or $25 USD for one. WHAT A RIP OFF, LIKE DO YALL NOT UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WOULD MAKE WAY MORE MONEY ACTUALLY CHARGING A REASONABLE PRICE. Everyone I spoke with, American or Canadian though it was way too expensive. Why do you think that's ok? Feels like they are always trying to upsell you or price gauge you. Its crazy. Do not GO. DO NOT BOOK. I will say the staff was friendly, Pablo and Kevin.

Ebo was an amazing host and the photos are in great variety in a cheap price. Just keep in mind that if you want a extreme ziplines it won't have it. But the cave swim and the atv ride was amazing. Racing in the dirt paths and can go as fast as you want. The order will be cave swim, zipline, and then atv.

Make sure you ask for ( LAH LOU ) he is the best guide there hands down !! He even let me on the tour guide ATV after seeing I knew how to ride very well🤫 also all the workers in places like this for the most part are 420 friendly so do not hesitate to bring your dab pen !

Great overall experience throughout the whole day. Flash, our tour guide had great energy and was super helpful. The VIP experience is worth it since it comes with unlimited drinks & tacos (~$60 extra for VIP). Everything was real organized, went from tour run-thru, to zip lining, to ATV riding to then cenotes/lunch time.
Once again, compa Flash overall cool guy.

George was top tier as a tour guide. Accommodating and literally wanted everyone to have a good time. From cenote to zip line to ATV ride (bring a face scarf and goggles bc it got dusty). 10 out of 10 and the tequila tasting was a plus. Anytime I'm in cancun this is a must do
