Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and TAGLIATELLE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta.
We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani". Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully, by email at the end of the experience.

Such a fun experience! Chef Ale was so personal and got everyone in our class involved. It was a perfect afternoon activity since we didn’t want to do a 5-6 cooking class. Location was also great.

We loved this pasta making class!!!! Our family of 4 (children ages 4 & 7), took this class along with another wonderful couple. Anna was our instructor and I have nothing but the highest praise for her, and the experience she gave us during our class. Not only was she engaging (her energy was so positive and warm), but she also was SO good with our kids. She helped them through all the steps and stayed patient with them, even when I couldn’t. lol. Getting to eat the pasta we made after class was SUCH a treat; seeing our kids enjoy the fruits of their labor was enough to recommend this class again and again. The wine tasting after the class was an extra treat for the adults as well! Thank you Anna for such an amazing time!

Amazing pasta making class! Niccola was great teacher with good passion and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. Also great location with views and lots of wine.

We had Camilla teaching and guiding us in pasta making and she was caring and attentive during the whole session, during which we made fettuccine, ravioli, and cappelletti. My partner and I were very surprised by how much pasta was made and we left full and satisfied. There was one person who wanted a non-cheese filling so was given some potato instead, another who didn't want tomato sauce with her fettuccine, and a couple folks that didn't drink wine and were offered juice and soda. I was impressed by the accommodation of substitutions that was available. Also want to mention the location is very convenient to get to. We were also given the recipe on the way out. Great experience overall!

Absolutely excellent. Had a thoroughly enjoyable evening with myself and 12 year old son! Pasta tasted delicious and a lot easier than I imagined. Sara was a fantastic host. Loved it!

Such a fun afternoon making three types of handmade pasta and then enjoying the pasta with a glass of wine. We got to keep the recipes and do a wine tasting at the end of the class. I highly recommend this food experience while in Florence.

Eloise was fantastic. She was our pasta making teacher and did a fantastic job. So pleasant and constantly making the rounds to ensure we were all successful in our endeavors. We came away confident that we could make pasta at home. The class and Eloise were wonderful!

Sarah was so sweet and taught us about the history and techniques of pasta-making. Our group was fun and at the end we got to enjoy a delicious dinner! My 11yo daughter enjoyed it as well and has already made homemade pasta in her own since returning from the trip!

Absolutely amazing! Me and my 2 sisters did the cooking class one afternoon and it was everything we were expecting and more. Our teacher Maria made the class really interesting and also fun and was a great host with a lot of patience!
Not only do you learn how to make pasta, you are welcomed with a glass of prosecco and have the chance to eat the pasta at the end with the group and can also enjoy some nice local wine and a dessert, which is a really nice touch and then the recipes are available to take home at the end!
Thoroughly enjoyable experience!
