This was very expensive and 100% the way to arrive in Venice. They took us very close to our AirBNB and our captain was like a shorter haired modern day Fabio. Would definitely do again.

No organisation at the pick up point at the airport so ended up carrying luggage back and forth before someone helped us
But worse than that is the price charged
Absolute rip off as the private transfer we arranged with our hotel only cost Euro 140!!!
I would like a refund

The service was poor, we were sent on a wild goose chase searching for the operator to find that they were in a different location. It was not a great service as your are then told to wait for others to join! You are better to go straight to the aqua taxi port and get one there ! It’s easier and cheaper !!

Excellent way to stsrt our holiday in Venice. Very friendly guide who met us in arrives, escorted us to the boat, told us plenty of useful information on the way, and then escorted us to our hotel when we arrived in Venice.

Operator helped us contact rental company and clarify directions to our hotel. Easy to find, met us on time and very helpful. Pricier than the other options but way less stressful and a pleasant way to enter the city.

Fabulous service! We ordered the full service. 3 adults, a baby and 8 pieces of luggage….. no extra charges, although we were fully expecting there to be! They dropped us off at the water taxi station closest to the hotel and arranged for the porter of the hotel to meet us there to assist with our 8 pieces of luggage! Took the stress out of the situation.
The only issue is that they were not at the arrivals on time to meet us and we assumed we had to go to a the water taxi station (again, with tons of luggage)….but then about half an hour later we got a call and knew the arrivals was indeed the right place.
Very happy with this service! Thank you!
