I booked a last-minute 4-hour tuk-tuk tour of Lisbon with Adriana, General Manager/Owner (company name: Itookatuktuk). My previous tour was canceled a day before the tour without contacting me personally. Adriana is constantly communicating with me before and after the tour to make sure that we are taking care of her company.
During our tour, Felipe provided us with punctual service and very comfortable accommodation. Upon arrival at our hotel, we were welcomed by Felipe, and as we walked to the brand new electric tuk-tuk, we already felt welcomed by such a friendly and fun atmosphere.
The tour was special and the experience is one that we will never forget. Felipe made sure that we got to the best viewpoints, and got a feel of the raw culture.
This city is an incredible hub for connecting with new people and diving into thrilling adventures, making it an absolute paradise for all travelers. Ruben was simply amazing! It’s a great tour to see the highlights of the city. Ruben has great knowledge of the city and is a great historian. He allowed us time in the main attractions and provided us information on how to go back to the other areas / attractions that we were interested in. He also provided us info on restaurants , roof tops and wine bars. If in Lisbon this tour is a must !

Rafael is the ultimate consummate professional and an absolute pleasure. As the owner-proprietor, he received our booking same day and made our 4-hour Tuktuk tour a Joy and a highlight of our stay in Lisboa.
He combined a perfectly orchestrated itinerary allowing us to take in the history of sights like Elevador de Santa Justa, Belem Tower, the delicacy of the OG pasteis de nata, Monument to the Navigators.
Furthermore he indulged the history nerd in me with the history of the Monument to the Navigators - from Ferdinand Magellan, Amerigo Vespucci, Hernando Cortes, and of course, Henry the Navigator.
Add to that a break for a Spritz, an espresso, and some fresh Pasteis de Nata from the original Pasteis de Belem, again brought to life with the history from the monastery to the inheriting family who still operate the landmark destination.
And when my aging mother felt jet lagged and exhausted, Rafael even gave her a blanket for the Tuktuk ride back to the hotel.

It’s a well spent 4 hour tour. You see the entire city and all the main sights. It’s a big city with lots of hills so this is the best way to see it. Without a doubt this tour was the best part of our trip. Thanks Joaquim once more for all your hospitality and knowledge!! Hope to see you someday again when we return to Lisbon
