We had a great experience with Mehru, who was very knowledgeable and engaging with our four year old. She was very flexible with our needs and tailored her information to be kid friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the crown jewels and the various towers. She even offered to take a few family photos, which was so sweet. I highly highly recommend this tour with Mehru.

Gavin was amazing! We were running late for unforeseen circumstances and he waited patiently for us. It was quite a surprise when we were the only ones on the tour. It was a perfect day for seeing the crown jewels and the tower. Gavin made it fun and very interesting. My youngest daughter kept saying the entire trip how Gavin was the best tour we had because he remembered her name and no one else.
To top it off it was lunchtime and Gavin reserved my family a table at a local restaurant to have lunch before our next tour. I would recommend him to everyone!

Absolutely excellent—Mehru was so well prepared, incredibly informed, and kept our 6 and 8 year old boys fully engaged for a three hour tour (not an easy task)! We learned so much; worth every penny. Highly recommend that anyone with children request Mehru for this experience.

We had an amazing tour of the Tower of London with Ingrid through Pinocchio Tours! Ingrid was so engaging and knowledgeable. She made the history so fun for our 9 year old through fun facts and a quiz that ran throughout the tour. We would definitely book another tour with them again!!!

This is the way to go if you are touring the Tower of London! I was travelling with my niece who is a bit older than the recommended age range for this tour, but our guide, Lucy adjusted her approach based on her audience. It was fantastic and was good to have someone guide us through all the key spots. Lucy was an amazing guide and her wealth of knowledge about not just the tower but English and world history was impressive. Her stories were fun and engaging and she encouraged and answered all our questions for a fun, engaging 3 hour tour. The time flew by! The overall tour by itself was great, but we were very lucky to witness changing of the guards and the ceremony of the word while we were there. This was largely a credit to Lucy again who had a sense of what was going on when and put us in position to see all these rarer things during our visit. Would highly recommend!
