We had a wonderful day guided by Mark (UK transplant), who knows the city very well. We saw the fish market, temples, shrine, and of course, the Sky Tower. At Mark's recommendation, we lunched at a fantastic restaurant called Kura. It is fully automated, and your lunch arrives on a speedy conveyor belt (having ordered on an iPad). Excellent food at a very reasonable price. This tour is highly recommended, and Mark is the 'icing on the cake'.

Our driver was very safe and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions about the area, yet he did give us our space and not try to provide too much information.

Great tour. Having a private car and guide made it very convenient to move round Tokyo. We covered Odaiba, a Buddhist temples and Shinto Shrines, sky tower and tsukuji fish market. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to visit the Imperial Palace since we took too long at each stop on our tour.

This is a must if you want to experience a lot of Tokyo in a day. So many places in a day! Wow! I suggest doing this on the first day so that if you find a stop you would like to return to and spend more time at there you can confidently return on your own. We had a 6 and 3yo with us so hiring a private tour made it easy for us especially when the 3yo was being difficult. Umer our guide and driver was the best. He is very pleasant to be around with and very patient. Thank you, Umer, Japan Dokotrip and Viator!

Bilal San was great as he showed me all the great places in Tokyo- that I would not have been able to see in a short time. He gave accurate history of each place too

Our group had a enjoyable time seeing the sights of Tokyo. Was disappointed the emperor’s palace was closed when we did our tour. Everything was right on schedule. Amit was a super guide and answered the majority of our questions!

Umer was the name of our driver for this trip. He was nice enough to give us time back we lost because we were running a little late from the airport. He made our trip very convenient. Just tell him where to go and he’ll tell you where he can pick you up. It was very easy. He texted us through the whats app making communication very easy.
