It was a great event and I enjoyed it; I wish they have more options for the food menu and contingency plan in case of a rain, would have been nice.

Awesome trip , we did the vip trip with bar option and couldn’t have been looked after better ! , great tour of the engine room and boat with the captain, Gina looked after us and has really made are trip to Nola !! ,good food lovey sunset and band

We had a fabulous evening on the Jazz Dinner cruise. We’d booked VIP and Marlon looked after us splendidly. It was a really great evening - the food was way nicer than we expected and the live music - and margaritas -exceptional. Our tour of the boat by the Captain was sooooo interesting. Well worth it.

This was one of the highlights of our trip! We got the VIP tickets and it’s the only way to do this! You won’t get a better experience any other way. We got a private tour of the boat, open bar, and a cute little gift bag at the end that had our pictures and champagne glasses from the night! I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Gina was! She brings customer service to a whole new level. That night wouldn’t have been as great if she wasn’t there to take care of us. The jazz was also amazing! I wanted to book this again just to hear it. Please do this!!

Our host, Marlon, was outstanding and saw to all of our needs. He was efficient and very personable. The band was very good and played songs that made everyone feel great. Our tour of the ship by the Captain was another highlight. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was able to communicate his love of the vessel, as well as many memorable details, to us. It was an outstanding tour. I feel that the quality of the people we interacted with made the entire experience unforgettable. They should be recognized and appreciated for their contribution to the experience.

We were truly treated like VIPs. From walking up to the boat until we delayed. Our hostess, Gina mafe it her mission to ensure we had everything we could want in food and drink, meeting our unique requests without batting an eye. A sweeter, more interesting or accommodating person could not be found. The tour of the boat was fascinating and the watchman was fascinating.
A great time was had by all.

We purchased the VIP package and it was fantastic from the time we got on the ship to the very end. The hostess was fantastic - friendly and fun!!! The food and dining hall were very nice. We were lucky to get a tour of the mechanics of the ship which we all enjoyed immensely. And the drinks and upbeat music helped to add to the jovial atmosphere.

We were so leased that we purchased the VIP package. Gina was an amazing hostess for the VIP group. She made us all feel special and ensured that each part of our experience happened successfully. She is the best!!
Captain Mitchell was so excessible and approachable as he gave us a tour of the boat. The insights and knowledge he shared was so I interesting and relevant.
