The view from the Burj is truly amazing and going with the high tea option provide plenty of time to enjoy the treats while relaxing in the atmosphere.

It is more than worth the money to pay “skip the line” and go to the top floors! There were still waiting to hear back times, but far less than everyone else.
Only suggestion…they need to have better mics for the employees. They were very hard to hear

When you think of Dubai you must consider the Burj Khalifa as a must see visit. The views from the Burj Khalifa is nothing short of amazing. I had such a plentiful experience seeing the world from the tallest observation structure in the world. Spectacular views.

Whist this ticket is pricey it is the best way of having this once in a lifetime experience, after all most of us visit once. It is truly a VIP experience from the moment of collecting the ticket at the entrance (difficult to find and looooonng walk in the mall if using the metro),skipping the line, the comfortable waiting room, skipping multiple lines and the lounge at the top. Lounge staff was super nice, going above and beyond, chatting politely and discreetly with guests, cannot fault them. Food might be finger food, but good quality and the opportunity to enjoy the space without being rushed or feeling cramped in is what one is truly paying for with this ticket. As you go to the lower floors and encounter the crowds, see the waiting (even for getting an elevator to go down to mall level) that is when one knows this ticket was worth the price. Nevertheless I recommend booking direct, but do choose your date carefully as that cannot be changed, which would be nice to allow for, after all it is an expensive ticket and things can change eg a customer might twist an ankle need to reschedule the ticket.

Lounge on 153th Floor and open balcony on 152 floor is some thing you cant imagine, instead must experience. Was feeling it is expensive, but felt it is worth after reaching 154th Floor. We visited in the evening when fountains were about to start and watching fountains from the top was another experience by itself. You get a different perspective altogether.
This VIP ticket really makes you feel like a VIP.

We paid quite a lot of money for 4 people. We were taken to the cash desk and could collect our tickets and our VIP stickers. After that we had to wait in a room, there were a frightening number of VIPs in there.
After we were led into a hall and the hostess said something, we didn't understand a word because it was so loud, we walked on to the lifts. Things went pretty well and we were up quickly.
At the very top there are 2 floors. We got our prosecco, wine or whatever we wanted. There were lots of snacks but almost no places to sit. My father, 80 years old, had to wait about 20 minutes until we finally got a chair.
The view was good and, we were lucky, it was pretty clear. We had bought the 5 p.m. ticket so we had the opportunity to experience day, night and sunset.
We went down afterwards, actually we wanted to go down from the top but we had to walk the stairs. That would have been a bit of a challenge but the further down you go the more people there were. It was terrible, loud and very uncomfortable.
Positive conclusion from the whole thing - we had fast track, a glass of Prosecco and snacks.
Negative conclusion from the whole thing - some of the staff were completely overwhelmed, we wouldn't have wanted to go any lower than the top. That certain something is missing for the high price.

I debated whether or not to pay for The Lounge 152, 153 and 154 floor access. It's quite a bit more than the other options but, in the end, I feel it was completely worth it. As other reviewers point out, you still need to show up early (I recommend at least 30 minutes) so you can exchange your digital confirmation for tickets. If you're VIP, they give you a sticker as well which helps you get to the front of the lines. We started at The Lounge which has its own observation deck. There was maybe 15 total persons, which made it very relaxing as you have access to three floors, each with snacks, drinks and private bathrooms. When we went down and stopped at the other floors, they were packed. Paying the extra, if you can afford it, will allow you to go at your own pace and to enjoy every minute of being at the top of the Burj Khalifa.

Really nice tour, the lounge wasn’t too crowded and the “VIP” experience was lovely. Lots of pretty snacks and the service was really great.

Awesome experience at Burj Khalifa! this package allow us to skip the line and get straight to the highest floor at 154. we can explore freely at 154,153 & 152 with free snacks, canapés and drinks! not forgetting an awesome view while having our food! after the top experience, we can join the rest at 148 and 125. recommended!
