This was a good food tour. My wife and I thought it was a bit more geared to novice travelers. We really enjoyed the diversity of food within Singapore and would have preferred more time explaining different foods and how they developed here. We didn’t really need a tutorial on mass transit. The MRT isn’t that different from the Subway back home so it felt a bit patronizing. Overall, I think it was a net benefit as we wouldn’t have tried all of the different cuisines of Singapore without this tour.

Fun was an amazing tour guide!!!!! She was so knowledgeable and showed us the hidden food spots around town. She gave us a great history lesson of the city and explained how the food played a role in shaping the cultural regions.

Walter is the man! Knowledgeable, funny, and thoughtful - Walter catered the visit to our needs and added personal insights and stories that made our tour extra special. This tour was the best part of our trip to Singapore - we’re still talking about the delicious dishes we sampled with Walter. New and exciting flavors, plus we learned about Singapore’s interesting past. We’d highly recommend this tour to everyone - must ask for Walter!

The cultural aspect of the tour was great. Going where the locals go and using the bus system was a great experience. The food aspect was not so good. We did not taste any meat dishes. However, the deserts and drinks were tasty

A great way to get a taste of the sites, food and history of this amazing, vibrant city! Marcus was a gem! Very engaging and made sure all was great all along the way! We were amazed how much of the city we were able to take in, in such a short amount of time and definitely experienced places & foods we never would have tried or ventured to on our own. Thank you, Marcus!!! You helped make our first trip to Singapore a memorable one!!

We learned quite a bit about Singaporean history and culture on this tour. That said, it leaned more toward cultural tour than the food tours we are used to doing on our travels.

Totally amazing way to see Singapore! We were a family of four.
Key points:
1. Amazing quality and quantity of food. So so good. Come hungry! (For us it was like lunch and dinner!!)
2. Really great summary of Singapore culture and history
3. Lots of walking (along with some subway rides) so wear comfortable shoes
4. Fair amount outdoors as well so be weather appropriate.
5. We especially loved all the murals our guide showed us
Our tour also lasted longer than advertised just fyi!

A fantastic tour to experience so many different sides of Singapore, with a great mix of history and fantastic food. Linda was terrific giving us a great sense of the different cultures, their history in Singapore and the food and culture they bought with them.
