This was a girl's trip with my mom and sisters. Our guide Loranzo was phenomenal. His explanations of the sights were interesting and he gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to see during our free time. He was thoughtfully checking in with each of the parties on the tour. Nino was our driver. We have some in our group who get motion sick and his driving was smooth as can be expected on narrow windy roads and that really helped. The lunch at the winery was delicious and accommodate nicely one in our group who is vegetarian. We learned a lot about wine and olive oil making and got some spectacular views. Just and amazing tour!!

Wonderful day! Lorenzo, our guide, was charming and funny and also very kind. Our group of four had some special accommodations that were needed and met with considerate professionalism. Our bus driver Nino was also kind and accommodating.

This was a delightful day trip. Lorenzo was very knowledgeable and engaging. Our driver, Nino was so patient and helpful. One in our party had limited mobility and both Lorenzo and Nino ensured she was able to participate as much as possible. This walking tour does have hills along medieval roads. Thank you to both of them for all of their help and thoughtfulness. They guided us along routes that were stair free and Nino dropped us closer to the city center when possible. We all had a great day.

This was the perfect excursion from Florence! Our guide, Lorenzo, was excellent- engaging, funny and knowledgeable and provided just the right amount of information, plus Nino the driver was terrific. We had plenty of free time to explore and t everything was perfectly paced. The lunch and wine experience at Tenuta di Mensanello was wonderful! The small group size allowed us to meet some lovely people as well as break off on our own. A day well spent!

A full day of beautiful views and learning about Siena. Seeing the vineyard and tasting the wines was the highlight for us. Our tour guide Lorenzo was great!

Perfect tour, with great views that you almost think are fake. It had the right balance of tour group mixed with free time for yourself as well. I especially liked the small-group nature of the tour, felt like it moved at the right speed and was easy to strike up a conversation with your fellow tourers. Lorenzo, our guide, was very knowledgeable of the areas we visited, giving out recommendations for food and shopping, sharing some laughs, and giving out interesting facts on the history of the towns. Matteo was our talented driver and got us to and from the towns quickly and safely. The lunch and wine were absolutely delicious. 110% would tour again with this company, especially if all the guides are like Lorenzo.

Lorenzo, our guide, made this a fun and informative day. Both cities are beautiful, living history sites. The tour allowed enough time in each area to get a good idea of what's there, and make me want to go back some day. I paid the extra 15 Euros for the church in Siena and it was well worth it. Lorenzo came in with us and explained a lot of things I would have missed otherwise. The lunch and wine tasting were really fun. We Sat at a long, beautifully set table which encouraged conversation. The wines were delicious - a lovely crisp Chardonnay, a dry Rose, and 2 reds. Generous pours made me glad lunch was included. Lunch was bruschetta with their own olive oil, and pici with a very light amount of sauce- yum! Dessert was a small cup of ice cream with a wonderful, thick, sweet balsamic poured over it.
I really appreciated that even though Lorenzo is much taller and younger than I am, he didn't walk uphill so fast I couldn't keep up. There is a lot of uphill walking, these are hill towns after all. So worth the climbs for the beautiful views and scenic buildings. I also liked that Lorenzo was very clear on where to meet and what time whenever we were given free time.
The bus was very comfortable with big windows, and Matteo an excellent driver. It felt very safe. Periodically Lorenzo would tell us to look at particular sites as we passed them. All in all, a wonderful day, I highly recommend this tour!!!
