You will sail the turquoise waters of the caribbean aboard a catamaran and spend a wonderful time exploring Isla Mujeres. Enjoy the sun and the breeze while sailing to the reef where you will have the opportunity of snorkeling and admire hundreds of colorful fish. Later we will take you to our Private Beach Club where you will have time to enjoy a buffet lunch (Except for the All Inclusive Tour where the food is aboard), and some free time by Isla Mujeres Downtown and finally we come back sailing to Cancun.

The entire tour was great. Very organised and the catamaran was clean and the team were very knowledgeable and friendly. Crystal the host was fun and a great tour guide. I recommend for couples.

Did not see any fish or anything on the snorkeling adventure. The boat ride was good, and we were able to meet in mingle and make new friends. It was a quite a bit disorganized.

Despite of some negative comments, I have to say I quite enjoyed the trip.
The drinks and the food were decent. The crew did their best to keep the spirits up and entertain the guests.
The snorkeling was a disappointment though. The sea was murky and I couldn't see ANYTHING, which was of course out of control of the crew. But also the way they organized it was kinda chaotic. People were swimming too close together, constantly bumping into each other. And when it was time to get back to the boat, it seemed like half of the swimmers were terrified, and they were rushing and pushing each other from the stairs. I had to literally grab and hold the rail to prevent people from pushing me over.
The free time on the island was nice, we asked directions to the nicest beach, and it was just 10-15 minute walk from the pier. The beach was quite nice, only if maybe a bit shallow, but the water was nice, warm and transparent.
On the ride back the crew started pouring tequilla from the bottle straight to the guests' mouths, which was kinda crazy, but also fun.
Overall, it was a good experience. Not sure I'd go again though, since it all was a bit hectic, but as a one-off it was pretty good.

Our crew! Exceptionally attentive and soo fun. It was my birthday and the Congo dance line tequila shots topped it off. Could not have been fun and memorable.

Snorkeling was canceled due to weather. After bringing us at the dock, the tour operator informed us about it. Snorkeling was the Key attraction for this tour. Tour operator was ready to refund full amount but we still went ahead because Viator agent promised us for partial refund. Next day Viator agent told us that they not sure if they can give us partial refund. This is very disappointing

This excursion is complete false advertising. Let me start off with the bad. When we first arrived to the island, we expected the beach, beds and chairs that are shown in the photos to be provided. However, they were not we were only provided with dirty lounge chairs. The beach chairs that you see in the photos belong to other companies and have to pay for them STARTING at $20 a chair. Secondly, the food in the Buffet was disgusting and the drinks were watered down. The food that they show in the photos was not what we were served. You can eat at other restaurants on the island. However, you do have to pay for it and It is expensive. one restaurant charged us 43 USD not pesos for three servings of french fries, and three Sprites. The island is also surrounded by a lot of people trying to get you to buy items as well as massages and it began to get annoying as you’re trying to relax but people keep pestering you to buy services or items . Also note that the tour guide does not cancel and refund if it rains you still have to participate in the tour or lose out on money. Luckily, it didn’t start raining until we were leaving the island. However, we were soaking wet and once we got back to the port to be picked up and taken back to our resort we had to wait 50 minutes outside for the bus to come and get us mind you we paid for pick up and take back so we were expecting to be taken back as soon as we got off the boat, however, we had to wait 50minutes because the driver was not there yet. I felt this tour was a complete waste of my day and definitely would not recommend this to anyone else.
The good things about this tour is the staff is very friendly the boat was clean and the island is self was beautiful however, what was promised was not delivered.

For the cost, it was ok. Long hour transfers stopping at 5 hotels after ours. Boat broke down within 1000 yards of shore and we had to wait for them to fix it. Bartender didn’t know what a Mai Tai was. It’s fun to see Isla Mujeres and shop there but if I had to do it again I’d just take the high speed ferry.

No fishes on the snorkeling site and rough waves - only for swimmers. But the boat was so much fun!! But sad that we only stayed 2hrs at isla mujeres

We arrived in the lobby at 11:00 for our 12:00pm pick up time. Per the company the drive was there at 11:22 but they couldn’t find us. I even informed the bellman I was waiting for pickup. The bellman said no one came. Ive asked for a refund hopefully they are honest and will give us a refund.
