WHAT'S INCLUDED

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. White House
At the beginning of your tour, you will begin at the President's Church also known as St. John's and walk alongside the Black Lives Matter Plaza that leads directly to the front of the White House. You will also be able to walk in front of the White House from Lafayette Square and visit the Andrew Jackson Memorial.
2. U.S. Capitol
You will step down to take panoramic pictures of the National Mall, from the US Capitol, President James Garfield, General Ulysses S. Grand and Peace Memorial.
3. Washington Monument
The Washington Monument in honor of our First President in the United States. Although this is a drive by as you will have the option to step down and walk around the World War II Memorial (Washington Monument and WW2 are across the street from each other) you can make the request to step down, we just ask that you send us a message and let your guide know at the beginning of the tour for us to accommodate) and you will be able to walk up to the Washington Monument.
4. National World War II Memorial
The World War II Memorial honors the 16 million who served in the armed forces of the U.S., the more than 400,000 who died, and all who supported the war effort from home.
5. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial
Located in downtown Washington, DC, the memorial honors Martin Luther King, Jr.'s legacy and the struggle for freedom, equality, and justice. A prominent leader in the modern civil rights movement, Dr. King was a tireless advocate for racial equality, working class, and the oppressed around the world. Your guide will take you directly to the closest entrance of the memorial where you will be able to experience the MLK Memorial.
6. Jefferson Memorial
Situated on the Tidal Basin among the Japanese flowering cherry trees, the Jefferson Memorial is the perfect place to experience peak bloom.
7. Second Division Memorial
The Second Division Memorial is dedicated to those members of the Second Infantry Division of the US army who have died while in service. Originally dedicated in 1936 by President Franklin Roosevelt, the memorial honored service in World War I. The flaming sword at the memorial's center represents the defense of Paris from German forces during that conflict. In 1962, two wings were added to the memorial to represent service in World War II and the Korean War.
8. Lincoln Memorial
In Honor to the 16th President , one of the most remembered presidents, as he has abolished slavery. Walk inside Lincoln's memorial and experience breathtaking views from the top.
9. Vietnam Veterans Memorial
The Vietnam Veterans Memorial pays tribute to members of the U.S. Armed Forces who fought in the Vietnam War.
10. The National Archives Museum
Encounter the original founding documents of the United States in the Rotunda for the Charters of Freedom, the permanent home of the Declaration of Independence, Constitution of the United States, and Bill of Rights. These three documents, known collectively as the Charters of Freedom, are instrumental to the founding and philosophy of the United States.
11. Arlington National Cemetery
The Arlington National Cemetery is the country’s largest military cemetery and serves as the final resting place for more than 400,000 military veterans and their immediate family from the fronts of Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as World Wars I and II, the Korean conflict, Vietnam, the Cold War and America’s Civil War. Going to Kennedy's Grave is included in this tour, however, if you would like to see the Changing of the Guard we would be more than happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us directly and we can work on a plan to manage time effectively during the day in order to allow time needed at Arlington Cemetery- visiting the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
12. The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
Going to Kennedy's Grave is included in this tour for Arlington Cemetery, however, if you would like to see the Changing of the Guard we would be more than happy to accommodate your request. 13. U.S. Marine Corps War Memorial
The United States Marine Corps War Memorial represents this nation's gratitude to Marines and those who have fought beside them. While the statue depicts one of the most famous incidents of World War II, the memorial is dedicated to all Marines who have given their lives in defense of the United States since 1775.
14. Korean War Veterans Memorial
The Korean War Veterans Memorial is located near the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. It was dedicated on July 27, 1995.
15. Air Force Memorial
The United States Air Force Memorial honors the service of the personnel of the United States Air Force and its heritage organizations.
16. Pentagon Memorial
You will have the chance to see the site where the third air plane crashed back in September 2001. The Pentagon (The Department of Defense) is the largest low rise office building in the world!)

This tour really is all about the driver/guide. The monuments and attractions don't really change so these are the people that make your experiences. Sebastian knocked it out of the park! He knew what he was talking about, knew how to drive, and made sure we were the priority. Thank you!

This tour made navigating the DC area "easymode". That within itself I think was worth it and that's from someone that dealt with LA traffic. Then our guide was extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell he enjoyed his work. My family got to see the big ticket items as well as the locations of other key landmarks. We are already planning for the next tours to see all the museums. Just a fantastic experience and it was fun running around VIP style.

Our guide, Gustavo, was so kind and patient we had both elderly family members and kids along. He picked us up at our Air BnB for a slightly higher price (totally worth it!) and took us on a fabulous tour. He was always informative, kind, patient and accommodating. He even took us to Washington National Cathedral because it was a very important landmark for us (my father studied the organ and played several organ concerts there). Gustavo answered all our questions, but also respected when we wanted to chat as a family in the van. He also went above and beyond to immediately mail me a jacket I left behind since we had already left for the airport when I realized. I highly recommend booking a private tour, especially for families with both grandparents and kids. It was the perfect amount of sightseeing with minimal walking.

The best way to start our visit to Washington DC! Our tour guide, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. We had the leeway at each stop to take our time and explore. Would highly recommend!

Cliff (our guide) was fabulous! Our group was myself and my husband, my father and stepmom, and my aunt and uncle. Three of us had never been to DC before and Cliff helped us put together an experience for all of us. My father has limited mobility and didn't always join us at the stops and Cliff would tell him stories and take him on little jaunts in the van while the rest of us were out viewing the Capitol and the Lincoln Memorial. Cliff made sure we made it to the changing of the guard at the tomb of the unknown soldier. This was the most moving thing we saw and was so memorable to my father and uncle. My family has been talking about our experience for the last two days and are still so happy with this excursion. I would highly recommend.
