Your guide will meet you at the tourist office, to kick off your visit with a panoramic tour around Toledo, stopping at the Mirador del Valle viewpoint, before moving on to the guided walking tour. After the tour, and depending on the option you choose, your will be taken back to your hotel in Madrid, or if you prefer, you will have 3 hours of free time to have lunch, walk around on your own, or go shopping in Toledo, before returning to Madrid. The 3-hour guided tour is a walk through the Christian, Jewish and Muslim quarters, visiting the main monuments, such as the cathedral, the mosque or the synagogues, as well as underground archaeological remains.

We had a great day! Our driver was on time and very nice. We met our excellent guide Sonia at the entrance of Toledo. Sonia was so knowledgeable and made learning about the city fun for our two twenty-something nieces. We all learned so much and really enjoyed our day. Our driver Jose took us back to our hotel. All in it was about 5 hours. Highly recommend!!

The guide, Natalia, was excellent …beautiful, kind and very informative. The driver (Madrid to Toledo and back) was also very good…timely and also informative. We enjoyed and appreciated our visit to this refreshing city.

Toledo was one of the most enjoyable cities we have visited in Spain. Our guide, Valle, made our time there outstanding. Her knowledge of the city (she was born there) and with Spains history helped all of us to have a better understanding of everthing we have been seeing in Spain. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time!

Picked up at hotel, easy drive to Toledo. Met guide Natalie at city gate. Natalie knew everything about the city we asked her and was a delightful guide. Beautiful old city and wonderful tour. Worth every penny.

Our driver, Angel, and tour guide, Natalia, were incredible. They were friendly and full of knowledge. Natalia’s deep roots in Toledo enabled her to tell us things about the history we would never have known from books. She showed us a cool underground Roman well we otherwise would have walked right by!
We had 3 small children in our party and Natalia charmed them all. She was so patient with their many questions and bathroom breaks. The entire day was perfect.

My family and I took an 8 hour day drip to Toledo. We were picked up dropped off right in front of our apartment. The ride took less than an hour each way. In Toledo, we were met by a local guide who was very informative, energetic, with the right sense of humor. Toledo is full of history and art and she asked us at the beginning about our specific interests to customize our exploration. It was a lovely day.

I would say, probably the highlight of our week in Spain. Not only was Toledo beautiful and historic on its own, but our tour guide Sonia was by far the best guide we had all week. Her historical knowledge and guidance was top notch. The coordination between Sonia and our driver was fantastic. Due to the holiday, she was able to direct our driver to drop us off at certain locations, and he was strategically placed in other parts of the city, ready to whisk us away to the next location. I found myself researching further after our experience, because I wanted to learn so much more about the history of Toledo. Can't say enough good things about Sonia and wish we spent more time in Toledo
