Incredible accommodation to and back from the airport to our hotel. The free drinks were also a plus! The vehicle was spotless and odor free, appears to be well maintained, which is great to see.

It was tough to see the Cabo Airport Shuttle representative at umbrella #5 as she at times was helping other customers to her car. Once we spotted her, she had our name listed and we waited for 20 minutes before our car arrived. On the date we left, the car was waiting for us in front of our hotel. Drivers were professional and offered us drinks as described. Reliable service I would recommend and use again.

Our initial experience with this cab company from Cabo SJD airport to our resort for a family of three, including a toddler, was positive. Consequently, we opted to use their service for our return trip, where we were quoted $80 USD, a rate similar to the first journey. The driver, Edwin, was punctual, professional, and friendly. Choosing to pay after the ride, I was charged approximately 1800 Mexican Pesos, without converting the amount to USD due to time constraints.
Upon checking my notification at the airport, I discovered a charge of $105 USD instead of the expected amount. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of Edwin before he left, and he acknowledged the mistake, promptly assuring me of a refund within 15 minutes after consulting with someone over the phone. However, despite numerous emails and providing all necessary documentation, including the transaction receipt and booking number, my refund has yet to materialize after two weeks.
This review is as a cautionary note for anyone planning to use their service. While the company initially appears professional, be wary regarding the charges they impose. The failure to address and rectify this overcharge in a timely and efficient manner reflects unprofessional behavior from a company that should uphold a higher standard of service.

They were super professional, had car seats (for added $5 each) and cars were comfortable. They were easy to find in the airport. Cheaper than booking through the hotel. They also communicate very easily and respond fast over email.

Absolutely unprofessional. They send out an email with instructions of how to report for your car. When we arrive they were nowhere to be found. There was a lot of people waiting. Took over an hour and a half of begging for our car. The Two people that were working were very overwhelmed and very unpolite. They finally gave us a car that I didn’t request. I requested a Cadillac and they gave us an expedition. I requested two booster seats for our kids, and it came with none. The girl working there was very confrontational when I brought up the fact that that wasn’t the car that we requested and it wasn’t equipped like we requested . Never again. I cancelled my return to the airport with them
