Excellente. Very good , amazing crew. They were super nice and fun , it was an amazing trip. They were very friendly and wonderful overall people. Absolutely recommend and love this trip we did as a family!

What a way to kill the day for us!
We booked a day of snorkeling at Islas Mujeres aboard a Catamaran. We were excited as we were meeting a group of friends and family out there and we head back home tomorrow 12/31.
We were asked to be at our pick up spot at 6:50am, which we were waiting since 6:30am. While waiting, it starts pouring rain, got cold, we didn’t have any sweaters or umbrellas. All 4 of us waiting in the rain, had it been warmer, no big deal. Waited, and waited…and waited. No one shows up to pick us up. One hour later, I’m making calls, and we were told our driver was waiting for us at 6:05am and left. Driver never called the room either or checked in with the front desk, as I’ve seen them do when other people are late or lost.
The person from Cancun Sailing confirmed a 6:50am pick up time, I have it in writing.
When we called, we were told we had to take a taxi which would have cost us another $170 round trip on top of the $500 already spent which included transportation.
And, we needed to be at the desk at 8am if we wanted to make the boat, this being 7:50am. They offered to reschedule us to the 2pm/next day tour but again would need to provide our own transportation. This whole time, I’m keeping my cool, trying to be respectful and not be a Karen, but basically we were told nothing could be done.
The other couple joining us was staying at another resort. They had to pay for a taxi to get to where we were staying because they wouldn’t pick them up at their hotel. Sadly, they ended up heading back to their hotel.
Defeated, we walked back to the desk where we booked the tour, waited another hour to finally get our money back. This whole time I’m trying to work something out with the person on the phone and they DIDNT care. It wasn’t until we asked for our money back that they “all of a sudden” pulled out all the stops to keep the money. They offered to pick us up, upgrade us and I don’t know what else.
I know it could be a one-off and today just wasn’t our day but it totally wasted half of our day trying to rectify this mess. I don’t want or expect anything for free as I understand tourism is their livelihood but don’t be jerks towards your customers. Now we sit here alone while the rest of the family enjoys without us!

We had such a great time with Fernando & Willy! They were absolutely incredible & made she we truly got to enjoy the beauty of the trip. A trip we will never forget thanks to them.

The staff and catamaran ride was amazing. However, I must warn you about the gift shop they take you to when you get off the boat to get your wristbands for return. They are total scammers! It is $65 US $ to rent a golf cart to tour the island. A man who states he is from TX, USA and calls himself Mr. clean told us the taxi is the same price as golf cart with air conditioning and personal service. I was an idiot to fall for that and they tried to charge $140. Don’t worry we didn’t pay that but bottom line is don’t trust them. Do your research. We called him out and he was so disrespectful. Followed us to a shop and down the road. Would not leave us alone. He was even shoved away from us then told us we were the disrespectful ones. Will never go back to the island as it has changed a ton and don’t need to be harassed or scammed! Ruined our trip and day.

Ibrahim and crew were amazing! It was our friend’s birthday and they made sure we had an excellent time, drinks private meal at muelle 7 and snorkeling. Just an all around excellent experience!! Gracias por todo!!

A group of 14 of us rented the “Mango” for an after wedding party after getting married in Cancun. Our initial trip was delayed due to bad weather, but communication in relation to rebooking was prompt and simple. Upon arrival at the marina we were greeted by our host ‘Uncle Bob’ who was fantastic and will talk more about later. Check in was smooth and the boat was ready to go on time. Once on board we did stopped for snorkelling en route to Isla Mujeres. There was quite a few boats around but snorkelling was good (if you have been to Dominican, this may not seem as good but a lot of fish either way). One thing to note about the snorkelling, they were very thorough on safety briefings and regular check ins to make sure no one got separated from our group with guides at the front and back. Once at Isla Mujeres we anchored on the south side due to windy weather on the north side at a beach club and had great drink service in the water. Eventually we went to the north side and anchored there where the water was unbelievable, and all of us were able to swim. On the way back we sang and danced the whole time, shots included. Uncle Bob and the crew were great, he was a one of a kind guide, great energy and service. God forbid your drink was ever empty! We also booked the transportation to/from our hotel since we were a bigger group which was well worth it. Bus was on time, and on the way back had cold beers waiting for rowdy drive home. Would highly recommend booking here if you are looking to do a private charter of some sort. Thank you again Uncle Bob for an unforgettable experience!
