We had an amazing time. Seeing Mount Fuji is a wonderful experience. Mukarram did an awesome job with our tour. We had great conversations about the local culture food many great things that Japan offers. He even came early to pick us up to avoid traffic. What a great tour guide!!

We were on a cruise that stopped in Tokyo/Yokohama in mid April. We wanted to see Mt. Fuji from a particular vantage point, and really hoped that our timing would be right for cherry blossoms in the foreground. It was perfect! Our guide, Mukarram, picked us up at the cruise terminal (for an extra fee), drove us to 2 places that were absolutely perfect for seeing Fuji with beautiful foregrounds. It took about 2 hours to get to these locations, but it was worth it. We then went to Tokyo and had a brief visit there, seeing Shibuyo at night (sort of like New York's Times Square) and experiencing the famous Shibuyo crossing (super cool!), before heading back to the ship. Mukarram was very kind and he was much more than a driver. He told us about life in Japan and helped us understand the things we were seeing. He even took photos of us, and sent them after the tour. All in all, it was a wonderful day and I'm glad we booked this tour. Thanks Mukarram!

Let me tell you about our epic Mount Fuji tour with Sebastian! So, even though the clouds were playing hard to get, Sebastian was like, "Not on my watch!" He hustled until we found that perfect spot to catch a glimpse of the mountain's majestic beauty.

And let me tell you, Sebastian wasn't just a guide; he was like a walking encyclopedia of Mount Fuji knowledge. He knew all the cool facts and stories that made the journey super interesting.

But what really stood out to me was his personality. Sebastian was not only wonderful but also incredibly kind, courteous, and patient. He never once rushed us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Oh, and don't even get me started on the food! Sebastian had this knack for sniffing out the best spots to eat and the coolest places to see. It was like having a local friend showing you around.

Overall, I can't recommend Sebastian enough for your Mount Fuji adventure. He's the real deal – knowledgeable, chill, and just downright awesome. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and knew all the perfect places to get photos, eat, and shop. Everything was timed where we never felt rushed and he was willing to customize our itinerary. Fuji, cherry blossoms, shrine, onsen, parks, and a lake were a few things we were able to see. We would absolutely do this again!

Mukarram was very knowledgeable and took us to some very interesting places. We all enjoyed the tour. He took us to a traditional Japanese restaurant that was excellent and we also had blueberry ice cream.

We were disappointed with this trip. The day started off with our guide locating us and telling us he was trying to get ahold of us the night before to see if we could leave earlier to beat traffic, so he seemed irritated with us to begin with. I told him I didn’t receive the whatsapp messages since the WiFi at our air bnb wasn’t working, but he showed me the messages as if I didn’t believe him. It was a rainy day and apparently we had the option to cancel, and if we would have known our tour would have been cut 3 hours early and we missed out on a lot of things during it, I would have cancelled. I think we should get a partial refund, as we couldn’t do the speedboat or cable car since it was closed, and our guide recommended we not do the pagoda because he said we would be climbing 500 steps to ‘not see mt fuji because of the rain.’
The “photographer” was our tour guide, who offered to take pictures of us 3 different spots with our phones, so definitely it worth extra money. Buyer beware. He spent a good portion of the time while he was driving taking on his phone to other people, and at the markets he took us to we felt rushed and didn’t realize we had the option to look around for souvenirs. My husband’s leg was hurting him and there were a few stops he wasn’t able to get out of the van, but when he was talking to our guide he mentioned liking one of the stops and our guide replied “what do you mean, you’ve been staying in the car.” Rude, uncalled for, and not appreciated. We were not happy with this tour guide (Zia).
In the end he did end up dropping us off at the train station as we requested since we were flying home, but the trip was cut 3 hours short and was not worth half the price we paid. It was not a memorable or happy way to spend our last day in Japan, and I would not recommend this tour to anybody.

We did this tour with my 15 year old son.
Our guide, Zia, took wonderful care of us throughout the day.
He had plenty of stories to tell us during and between visits, and he paid attention to our needs so we could make the most of them.
Listen to Zia's advice, and you'll have a great day!
Special mention for the mochis, and the speedboat ride!

We were very lucky with the weather, and we were able to take some great photos of Mount Fuji.

If you are looking for a good tour to discover Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko in one day, look no further, this is the place to do it.

Thanks again Zia, we had a great day.

You can’t go to Japan without a visit to this wonderful mountain! It’s awesome. We were very fortunate as the clouds decided to clear and gave us an unobstructed view of it. A wonderful day out!
