My Family & I had the BEST TIME EVER!!!! There was so much to do & we enjoyed every bit of it. The transportation staff & park staff were so friendly. The bus ride to the park was comfortable & fast. The park was absolutely STUNNING! & last but not least the all you can eat buffet was delicious! Highly recommend 10/10. I would definitely book this again once I come back to Cancun!

No proper information provided for departure. We missed the bus and had to pay additional $110 for taxi service. Staff was unhelpful until I was able to find someone senior administration from park to help

Fun trip at a beautiful park!
My recommendation is to hit the zip lines 1st. The lines were very easy and we were able to leisurely enjoy the rest of the park before meeting our bus.

Enjoyed all the zip lines!!!!…our main goal for the day….the underground caves were great but a bit much…long with all the time in the water….therefore did not want to do the kayaks next….the food was good …thanks

Firstly, do a lot of research into getting your transport.. because on their website it states skip lines, when you purchased transport suggesting you get fast pass .. this isn’t the case you skip the entrance queue… by getting into another queue for all the people on the transport with you!!!! So no skip at all… At a disadvantage you end up missing an hour of your day as the transport gets you there after 10am so all the activities are full of queues because other people got there for 9am!
Secondly pointless taking your phone, go pro etc… most of the activities your can’t use them.. although I’ve seen videos of people filming I don’t know how they got them onto some of the activities. There’s no information before hand on what rides permit go pros or not.. they don’t tell you until you get to the front of the queue then have to spend 10mins going backing to the lockers to put it away!!!
The photos cost is very high, and deffo don’t get your money worth as it’s hard to do all of the things in the hours they give you! So hardly got any photos and on the zip line a lot of the photos are taken of back because instead of doing it at the end of the zip line they do some at the beginning and no one tells you !
The staff are pretty useless; they don’t have a clue as to what is happening. And give incorrect information so missed out on a few activities! As they said it’s not open when it was etc!
The buggies you have to go really slow, so when you go through the water and stuff it’s not really as they advertise.
The day just isn’t long enough to do all of it so was a real shame !

Our boys had fun, but it was a lot of walking. The description said there would be an open bar with lunch and there was absolutely no open bar.
Overall a fun experience, but a lot of work and a long bus ride from the hotel.

Overall this excursion was ok. It took over two hours to get to the park (I should have checked the distance from our hotel prior to booking). The activities and the lunch were ok. The description/overview says “open bar” but alcohol was not available. The ride back to our hotel took about 2 hours so we spent as much time on the bus as we did at the park. Next time I will be sure to check the location and approximate distance from where we’re staying.

Bad experience from the beginning, they make you arrive early so that it takes 40 minutes to get to the meeting point for you, after getting on the transport they will leave you somewhere else to transfer, it is a waste of time to transfer, and to conclude With how bad the start was, the guide who took us, a certain Rodrigo, who seems to hate Mexicans, seemed to be scolding us with his explanation and was very derogatory with his comments. He spoke very badly about my clothing and his racism was very noticeable. That when speaking to foreigners his tone of voice was very friendly and to those of us who saw Mexicans he spoke very despotically. When we arrived at the park, when we requested information for the photos at the entrance, their sales agents ignored us, I repeat how they thought that because we were Mexicans we didn't have enough to pay, they didn't want to give us information and when they saw that we were somewhere else, they were trained to pay there if they went after us. us to pay where they were, I told them no, then a call came from Viviana and she told me that where she was trained they would not attend to me, that only where she was, it seems very low to me that she would lie to earn the commission of that sale. Further on, the other agents and the staff who are there for the heart are very friendly, but the ones at the entrance are very racist and rude, especially the ones in the photos.

The mist fun I ever had swimming in the cave and also zip-lining in the forest. Me and my buddy had mega fun there and was perfect!
