Fantastic tour , it stated out with our driver picking us up at the hotel. Early ready to go and full of cheer! Then he talked to us about the region drove us to the site. Our tour guide Romolo was brilliant in every sense of the word. First he assesed what we wanted to see then adjusted his tour. His family was multi generation from the region and he shared great stories. He brought the history to life so vividly. He said and I quote think of me as tour friend Ill answer any question and Ill even take pics if you like. The tour was a 10 oot of 10 and I highly recommend trying to find #Romolo

I found the excavating and stories of the people of Pompaii captivating! Our tour guide was very pleasant and informative. He also was able to avoid crowds as we toured this amazing place.

The enthusiasm of Romolo our personal guide was the best aspect of our tour. He was great. the coordination of Viator precluding the actual day of the tour was outstanding. Touring Pompeii was a bucket list item for me for many year, and since I am now 73, this was to be the last best chance for an actual tour of Pompeii. This visit was an add on to an already planned spiritual pilgrimage to Sicily and Rome with my church and I decided to add on an independently planned visit to Pompeii. Having a personal guide for just my wife and I was definitely worth it.

From the start of our tour, which included a pick up at the Naples Train Station, to the tour, to dropping us off in Central Naples, the Tour was excellent!
Driver was excellent at pick up, drop off and service. Our tour guide, Paolo was excellent - was great with the tour, explained things very well, and explained to each of my kids (different ages) the many different items of Pompeii. Very much enjoyed the service and would recommend it.

Our tour guide was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable and personable. Driver was timely and accommodating. Weather was a factor but our guide adjusted to the conditions and really made the difference in our Pompeii experience.

Went to the wrong pick up point, but Nick, our driver, tracked us down. He was on time and even helped us find a restaurant for lunch. Romolo, our guide, was excellent! He had an intimate knowledge of Pompeii and showed us areas that did not seem to be on the larger tours radar. Overall an outstanding experience!
