Our tour guides Louis & Eduardo were exceptional. Louis was a walking encyclopedia, very knowledgeable of the history. My husband & I really enjoyed the trip. 1st timers from Corpus Christi, Texas ??

The guided tour was held by Louis and Miguel are the guides highly recommend if you are ever want to go on wonderful experience in New York. The guide stated he was one of the youngest guides in New York. Which we thought was great giving us such amazing experience through the eyes of a person that went to university and actually studying history. Giving the stories of New York even greater experience. I would recommend doing the tour. The only thing we didn't like is the whole ferry ride to staten island. They need found a better way to end the trip than just long wait at the end of the day with a sub par ferry ride. This is on the blame of the company not spending the proper dollars for guest to enjoy the Statue of Liberty.

Our tour guide was exceptional. I would recommend this tour if you are looking to hit all the highlighted areas in one day. We saw things that we didn’t even know happened or were in NY. Thanks for a great time! Money well spent!

We had a great tour on USA Guided Tours NY, with Tyler! This young (Brooklyn!!!) lady passed on much of Manhattan's history. She treated us to all sorts of stories, a bit of pop history about which star lived where and serious information about the 9/11 memorial, among other things. And, she managed to keep us all together on the Staten Island Ferry - getting on and off! Tyler was upbeat and cheerful the whole time and her obvious joy in showing us "her city" was infectious. She was a delight to talk to one-on-one. Thank you, Tyler!! The tour was well organized and unhurried, which suited us "oldsters" just fine. I would definitely recommend, especially to those with mobility issues. Five ? stars!

This was my first visit to NYC and this I think was one of the best ways to see many sites if you are on a time crunch. I would recommend to anyone visiting. Nathan was very knowledgeable and added humor that didn’t make it feel like a field trip !

Running around, no time to take photos. If you bring out your mobile phone, guide looks at you badly. No photo opportunity at Imagine mosaic. At Rockefeller centre, we just run through and not a minute of free time to really soak it all in. Lunch break - not enough time to order, wait for order and eat.
Bus was ok, glass top, but we were driving and suddenly the guide tells us - look to your right or left, down that street is that and that. When you turn the head, the landmark is already passed by.
Would not recommend it!

Dana and Eduardo were excellent tour guides! Dana’s enthusiasm and energy throughout the entire experience was incredible. She had great tips and tricks on what to do and fun facts about the places we visited. We’d absolutely recommend this tour to our “first time to New York” friends!
