Carolina was our tour guide with 8 participants. She had a wonderful knowledge of art history. She shared the best of the best of the Louvre. The microphone system worded great. We heard her well from wherever she was. Such a treat to visit this historic museum.

Wonderful tour. Hamish was our guide. He is very knowledgeable. The pace was perfect. I highly recommend this tour. Big plus not to have to stand in line.

Hi, we had terrible expirience with this tour. Company bought guide ticket for wrong day therefore even our tickets were good, we couldnt enter as this was guidef tour. We payed for this 70 euros and asked for refund, but instead we were told that only way to enter is to buy another card, addmision and to go by our self. Plus we heard from Louvre security this is not first time to happen with this organization. DON’T buy this ever again!!

Our guide loves this museum and all the art. His passion made our trip fun. Absolutely loved the ability to not stand in lines or bother with the crowds and tickets. Small group of 9 people who were friendly. Excellent choice.

Museum and set up meeting up was well done the guide wasn’t not the best. Russian accent was heavy. Lots of noise interference and she dwelled in certain areas way too long

The Lourve is best experienced with a guide. The museum is expansive. Martha was great and we were able to see the most important pieces in the museum.

I would recommend the Louvre to anyone. Be prepared for the crowds, expecially seeing the Mona Lisa, which was incredible, as was Venus di Milo. Our tour guide, however, on Saturday, March 18 at 2:30, booking 966000986 was not. First, we had to go down stairs which I have trouble with anyway. She took off with the group to the point that when we got down, we had no idea where the group was. Another couple told her we were behind. Once we caught up, my husband told her I had a bad ankle and couldn't walk fast, at which point she took off again. He explained again how it was hard to keep up and she told us we could go on our own and asked for the voice boxes. We were left to wander on our own. I feel we should get a refund for this tour since we could have done this by ourselves and not paid for a tour guide! Please let me know how I can get a refund!
