Rico was our driver from and to airport. This guy and his VIP service is the best!! The moment we saw him, my wife and I were immediately feeling welcome to CABO because of his attitude of open arms and so helpful with our baggage and information about the place- interactive and intuitive (English and Spanish) but never overwhelming- just right and fun times right away we felt comfortable and safe right away!
On our way back to the airport, this service is top notch- on time with the same helpful attitude. So professional. Making us feel that he will make sure that he will get you to the airport without delay. His limo is truly VIP service. His vehicle smells fresh inside, clean and safe driving.
Anyway, it came to a point that we love Cabo so much that we will come back a few more times in a year and so now that we are, this service will be the one we will be relying upon each time we visit.

We signed up for the Beach Resorts shuttle. Instead of going to the beach hotels, the shuttle went first to Los CABOS hotels. It took 45 minutes to go on a drive that should have been 20 minutes at most.

Upon arrival, despite booking for 3 people through Expedia, the shuttle company only recognized a booking for 2. We were told that the company lacked an on-site payment system and a flexible change policy (requiring 24 hours notice), so they suggested one person to take a taxi despite empty seats on the shuttle. We ended up taking a taxi.
As soon as we arrived to Hilton resort, we made attempts to arrange return service through the hotel concierge, unsuccessful due to the company's strict 72-hour change policy. WTH..it was 24 hours and now it became 72 hours?? Taxis were ultimately used for both arrival and departure, deemed cheaper and more reliable.
Tried to request a refund through many platforms only to find no avail.
