Tour guide and driver were doing a great job. Unfortunately, It was bad weather. We still enjoyed the view of the lake.

A fantastic day trip and a beautiful part of the country. I was surprised that we spent so much time in Bellagio vs Como itself, several hours vs approx 1 hour, but cannot fault their judgement. Bellagio is the epitome of what you expect of Lake Como and you can easily while away days here. Our guide Alejandro was so fun and knowledge. All round an excellent tour.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The boat ride on Lake Como and the town of Bellagio are a must see if you are in the Milan area. Great amount of guided tour and free time.

Alejandro was a great guide. This was the perfect way to spend a day in Lake Como while visiting Milan. There are quite a few logistics, so having someone take you there effortlessly is worth the money alone. He was very informative and gave many options for free time, so you didn’t feel tied to a tour. Great option for a solid traveler as well as groups. Bellagio was like a storybook, and the boat tour around the lake was dreamy.

This was an amazing tour! Lake Como and Belagio are beautiful and our tour guides were fantastic. Everything about this tour went well…our group size was manageable, the tour bus was clean and comfortable, the amount of time we had at each stop was perfect, the boat ride to Belagio was breathtaking, and our tour guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. We also found the tour to be very family friendly…we had a 5 year old and a 2 year old with us and they both enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend this tour to others. My biggest pieces of advice are to wear comfy shoes because there’s a lot of walking, bring a stroller if you’re bringing young children, and make sure you get to the meeting spot early because it was a little tricky to find initially and they left right on time.

Completely useless tour, no value add above taking a train to Como and a ferry ride to Bellagio whatsoever. Not enough time to spend in Como, too much time - in Bellagio. The tour guide spoke three languages... oh well, he repeated the same sentence three times. It was unbearable as the mind was always alert as to not miss a sentence in English. Not happy, don't recommend.

Bellagio was beautiful but it wasn’t worth $125 dollars. I purchased tickets a week before the tour. I opted for pick up to be safe. The day before I received a phone call and was informed my trip was without hotel pick up. I tried requesting for partial refund for having to find my own transportation. But it has now been a hassle to get it.
Bellagio itself is beautiful. Hands down. But they exaggerate the trip experience. The Church is free admission regardless. It took a quiet some time to get to the lake. About 2 hours. I believe it’s because of the sizes of the tour buses. The bus caused lots of congestion. Traffic had to be stopped in order to make room for the buses.
After Bellagio we were told we would have time to explore COMO City. It took about 2 hours to get there. The bus driver tried to play it off that it’s not usually this much traffic. But after doing some digging in the reviews I learned this is what they always say. We had about 50 minutes total to walk to the center and back to the bus.
Basically you are paying for transportation. I would suggest finding a cheaper way and explore on your own.
