The studios are a great tour. Viator could provide more information about the tour. You get 4 hours at the studios and then you have to take the bus back to London. This can be a bit rushed since there is a lot to see at the studios.

Hi I am seriously disappointed with this as I spent 400e on this website for a family of 4 one being under 4 (which is free) and I was promised luxury travel (normal coach) and to make matters worse we had to get our own way home from WB studios as there was a strike on all trains from 5.30 on and our coach was not leaving WB studios until 6pm which meant we have had to get an Uber home from WB studios as there was no alternative transport which was 80 pound. This was way to much money to go through your website the tickets are now selling at 52ppp??? What did I pay for?

Great experience to visit the set where HP was made, but it was very crowded. I also wish the driver of the coach was friendlier. We were at the coach early and we're not able to board. It was cold and it could have been handled better.

Omg SO good we loved it and i am a definite potter head so I went crazy! I loved the food and presentation definitely go if you love HARRY POTTER voldemorts nose though…

Transport was easy don't let the other reviews put you off. Collected and dropped off on time. We had 4hrs at the Harry potter experience with being massive fans that was plenty time to get round it all and do some shopping at there shop. Over all 10/10

Pick up was on time, directions to meeting point was clear, ride was comfortable. My family had been looking forward to this tour as we are big Harry Potter fans.

We loved the tour and the overall experience at the studio.
What we did not love was the duration of the tour. We arrived at the studio at approximately 3 pm (booked the tour for 13.45 pm departure). We were left until 19.2pm which is nearly not good enough as we needed another hour or 1,5 hrs at least to see everything, shop, take pictures and experience everything as huge Harry Potter fans. We were left dissatisfied :(

Looking to book for a special event in 2024 as our 2023 visit was amazing, did miss out a couple of bits due to people not being considerate to those in a wheelchair, hopefully they will take a suggestion we made about a small screen for everyone to be able to watch in the Great hall, like the lighting of the Christmas pudding on our visit which I missed due to as i said, staff were kind and explained a lot of things, were told plenty of facts and unlike what we had been told we were not rushed through anywhere after the Great Hall, thank you for a lovely day, prices in the shop seem steep, food prices are good, loved the Butter Beer ice cream and the complementary, dishes and mugs for the Butter Beer (included in price) are plastic but a lovely touch and memento of the day, we loved it and can't wait to go back
