What an amazingly beautiful day, see the wonders of Iceland. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Plenty of time to see all the attractions whilst also not staying too long. Would have liked more time with the geysers but other than that the day was perfect

Awesome trip. Amazing views and lots of exciting weather - which did not faze our excellent driver Marius! He and our tour guide Beggi were both fantastic. We learned lots of interesting history and were even treated to an Icelandic song en route. They both had a lot of unexpected hiccups to cope with, but did so with good humour and astonishing calm!

Brilliant tour, Viktoria was very knowledgable and funny!
Fantastic locations and sights to visit. Probably could have spent less time at Kerid Crater, but everything else was perfect for time!
Only issue we had was others being late back.

Excellent full day trip to see all the major sights. We had Dave and his Seal as our guides with Aaron driving our coach through treacherous conditions and at no point did we feel unsafe.
The guides were entertaining and informative and filled the time between stops really well.
At each stop there was just enough time to take in the breathtaking scenery whilst trying to battle the weather.
All in all a very enjoyable day and would recommend the trip. As a suggestion I would say the first stop at the services is a bit pointless and the 20 minutes to feed horses was somewhat annoying. The trip was long enough and already good value without filling it out with those two.

I was on 2 tours with BusTravel; Golden Circle and South Coast. South Coast tour was very good, we saw everything what we were supposed to see, our guide did his job well and provided us a lot of info, made us laugh, so 5/5. But the Golden Circle tour...it was exceptional! Not because what we saw there was much better than South Coast, it was because our guide Siggi was amazing! He has an endless energy and passion for his job. We couldn't stop laughing for a second all day, he always had an interesting story to tell us, especially the very special HORSE story....I will never forget :d Thank you so much BusTravel for making my stay in Iceland much better! My wife and I went on this tour in February, which is a good time for nature's dread majesty to reveal itself in stark and austere monochrome. This also means very, very cold winds. The tour itself was busy without being rammed, which was good - we went with the same tour operator on a much bigger Northern Lights tour the same day and the organisational system for getting people onto buses struggles with large crowds. With around thirty or forty, though, we were underway fairly quickly. We saw a good variety of stuff and the timings worked well. What really made this trip, though, was Dave the guide: he was energetic, knowledgeable, entertaining, enthusiastic, and on top of things. He kept our morale up even after several hours walking in cold weather - excellent stuff! (oh, by the way, take a packed lunch - Geysir is exhorbitantly expensive and the food options aren't great)

I have given this tour three starts because there were a couple of elements we weren’t happy about.
1. The pick up from the hotel was great and on time however we were taken to a petrol station to wait the arrival of other coaches and we transferred to the main coach from there. Our tour coach seemed to be very late and we had an approximate wait of 30 mins before we got on our way.

2. The Belgian guide was very good and seemed to have a lot of knowledge although after a while there seemed to be too much information. The driver was very good and got us around the tour safely and in time.
3. The first stop was at a small shopping Mall where we were shown a large map and a glass floor illustrating the tectonic plates between Europe and America. The toilets had a very large queue as there were only two toilets for around 50 women and as we were only there 20 mins it was barely time to use the facilities.

The tour was generally interesting except for The Kerid crater which is basically a large hole filled with snow and isn’t terribly interesting although the scenery around there is spectacular.

All in all the tour was ok and I think most people would find it interesting.
