What a great trip. We did 5 things in one day. Thor and Eugene did a top job driving and as a guide. Make sure you wrap up well as the sun was out for us but so cold.

Our driver, Eugene, and our guide, Thor, were great. Thor was very knowledgeable and hilarious. I felt very safe with Eugene.

The guide Dennis was FANTASTIC!!! Very thorough and professional. The secret lagoon was pretty basic and not as relaxing (too crowded, too much noise and too many rowdy teenagers).

Some stunning locations visited, but very odd timings…. 2 hours given at the secret lagoon (1 would have been plenty), then 45 mins at the geysir to walk to, watch the geysir and have lunch at a very busy cafe.
The guide (Denis) talked a lot, unfortunately not all of it was particularly interesting and if he said ‘clickerty click click click’ once he said it 50 times during the day when talking about taking photos. He also contradicted himself about times to return to the coach saying you’ve got 1 hour, but then telling us to be back in 50 mins meaning some people were late. For the late comers he then said he would wait 10-15 mins after the time he’d told us so almost giving permission to be late. When people were late he was quite rude mentioning 4 times that people were late. He even asked 2 people if they understood English.

Wonderful experience the guide “M Dog and driver Eugenius’ (who kept us so safe) crammed in as much as they could to make it as memorable as possible! Matt was interesting, funny and extremely informative we would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this trip! Even Nanna Sue made an appearance!

The tour guide was very informative and helpful, the only downside of the tour was our coach breaking down twice on the tour due to a computer fault, it was nobody's fault and could have happened at any time, but it was a good day out

We were so impressed by the tour and it was excellent value for money. There was a lot to see and we wanted to say a special thanks to Joseph who was our tour guide. He was very funny and kept us entertained with his comical commentary. Also a special mention to the driver of the bus who managed to navigate us home safely through and unexpected snow blizzard! All of the stops were fantastic and saw things we wouldn’t have seen without the tour! Highly recommend!!
