The experience was not what I thought we were getting I feel that we were taken to a different ranch then what was advertised.
First we thought we were getting a ride on a horse on a trail or in a wagon. What my husband got was a 5 minute walk around a paddock.
Secondly we thought we were going to see a display by gaucho cowboys riding their horses and doing rope work we didn’t see anything.
Thirdly when we arrived we had a nice drink and appetiser then sat at a table we then waited over two hours for the main meal with no entertainment finally when the food came out not all together meat then salad then chips. We then waited another hour before we got a couple dancing some folk dancing which lasted about 20 minutes so I didn’t really enjoy the trip to much sitting aroun

Poor organising. Unhelpful tour guild. Explaining the tour sitting down facing in front of the van, and instead of speaking English, she spoke mainly in Spanish to most of the group. Fake gaucho met. Wasted time after bad lunch, fly everywhere. Dance performance by 2 elderly couple same age like my grandparents. No horse riding as claimed the bad weather and no compensation for that. Totally disastrous trip. Choose other company.

I usually shy away from touristy tours … but this is so worth it!! Our guide, Anahi, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful historical overview of the development of Buenos Aires, the native people and the relationship with Gaucho’s, and the estancia experience was wonderful! Loved the beautiful ranch, performances and lunch!

Excellent fun day in the beautiful ranch with horse riding, Asado, music, dance lession, and horse whispering. The must to do, when you are around Buenos Aires.

A wonderful way to immerse into the gaucho (cowboy) way of life. Very good tour guide and driver tandem of Maria and Nicolas who made sure that we are well informed of the day’s itinerary and kept us safe all throughout. Maria was very informative about Gauchos and about Argentina in general and spoke very good English. Nice visit to San Antonio de Areco town center (Museo Draghi and San Antonio de Padua church). The Ombu ranch where we went was also nice and served nice empanada, salads and choice cuts of meats (beef, chicken, pork). There was an option as well to do horseback riding or ride the carriage. The folk show was also nice.
Overall a very good and fun full day tour.

We really enjoyed our day at the ranch, the horseback riding part is very short- plan anti mosquito spray, the mosquitoes are vicious- but nice, the ambiance of the outdoor picnic, the delicious- and very generous !! - lunch, and wine made for an awesome day in the countryside.

This was so much fun!!! The tour guide, Micaela, was so great! She was knowledgeable, and fun. The farm was so beautiful and the staff were warm, accommodating, and genuine. The food was delicious and just kept coming! The folk dancers were great and explained the dances and even pulled us into some of them. This is a must do to experience gaucho and farm life in Argentina!
