Priya made sure all our needs for this trip were met and provided us with a great tour with transfer to Abu Dhabi and tickets for Ferrari World. We also got to visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Alijon Travel Consultant was very professional and helpful to our needs of having a private 2 way transport to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. It was customized to what time we wanted to leave IBIS hotel Al Barsha and comeback. The Driver assigned to us was very nice and informative guide as well. Thank you Rajesh! Nowadays, having a tourdesk consultant a the hotel lobby is very essential to tourist like us.

Booked at the Al Jadaf Premiere inn Hotel in Dubai for a Saturday 22nd Sept afternoon with friends/colleagues and asked whether the rides would be open by the time we get there, the agent at the desk, did not do her due diligence to advise us the closing time and said it would be open by the time and would probably still be open night time. She also did not advise that the coach takes 2hrs to get to Abu Dhabi. We caught the coach at Al Bunbatuta Station close to the mall after taking DXB metro from Al Jadaf and arrived in Abu Dhabi after 6pm, we had plans to meet up with my colleagues friends, a lovely couple living in Abu Dhabi and had plans to visit the grand mosque before going for the rides.
Imagine our dismay when we heard the rides were closed. Upon returning back to DXB we asked for a refund, but was met with issues, we could not take offers to do other activities in Dubai or Abu Dhabi due to limited time, the agent could not reverse the transaction to refund our money and we were met with hopeless excuses, its now November 2023 and we still have not got back our refunds, crooks and thieves I call that, our issue still has not been resolved and it seems they never will, we have lost about 350AED. Money doesn't grow on trees. For people thinking talk to them online think again. Epic FAIL FOR ME👎👎😤😡, as we say in Seychelles that where I'm from, Mon ti byen estim zot, thought good things, Now Sorry No recommendations from me, I work for an Airline with a huge customer base, Avoid TRAVEL SAGA at all costs, you will be disappointed,

Fastest roller coaster ride for sure! Dont eat anything before you take this ride :) Our guide Parminder Singh was knowledeable of Dubai, patient, safe driver and accomodated us with our requests. He even treated us with very tasteful Emarati coffee! Highly recommend this tour especially with Parminder as the guide.
