Very crowded and had a difficult time finding a seat. My family was unable to sit with each another due to limited seating. Buffet style food arrangements and people
taking the food with hand and then placing it back in the bowl.

Avoid this tour. Cancelled our reservation night before and said their boat broke down. We did not plan anything at night because the tour starts early in the morning so one night of our vacation was wasted.
Then they rescheduled for next day. Someone from the crew team mentioned that a lot of people showed up. There were 56 people and there was nowhere to seat. I think they scammed us about broken boat, they just simply didn’t have a lot of people on that day and decided just to cancel it and didn’t care about customers.

Our trip was rescheduled for the next day. The boat was way too full of people, no available comfortable sits for everyone. Breakfast is really poor, service even worse. No one really care about people, we had to ask for something 3 times. If you want to enjoy your time, please book with someone else

First of all, our original trip was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. We are not sure why, but the next boat was crowded. We nearly had spots to seat. We had 56 people total on the board, which was over capacity ( boat had only 44 adult life jackets plus 12 children), and it was only 3 kids on the boat. We were asked not to use bathrooms ( unless we absolutely have to) and don’t flash any toilet paper because of ‘ they didn’t expect everyone will show up for the tour’. Poor breakfast- 2 types of fruits and few types of pastry. Everyone was using hands to pick up the food. It was gross. I WOUKD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY. They all about making money and absolutely don’t care about your existence. We staying 9 days, took 5 different touts, and this one was absolutely the worst.

This was a fun experience overall. The crew were nice. It felt safe. I will say that we saw more turtles and various fish snorkeling different spots along the coast. I think we saw three turtles that day and they were hard to see. The guide was very helpful at letting us know when she saw one but because there were so many people on board everyone flocked to the one turtle and I was more worried about getting accidentally kicked in the face by a fellow snorkeler than seeing the turtle.
One highlight was that we went during whale season. So we saw many whales! The Captain was great at stopping so we could enjoy the scenery!

Both stops were cool. 1/2 moon was nice, but turtle bay was a big hit for our family. Swimming with multiple sea turtles was exciting.
