Trip cancelled before even going apparently due to conflict. During this time, you shouldn’t take our money until you know for sure we are going. Now I have to wait for a refund.

Enjoyed the Jerusalem trip. Very informative and I thought it was well organised. Tour guide was amazing. Bethlehem trip was less enjoyable. There were non english speaking group that joined us later on that everything said was repeated in other language. This normally dont bother me but it ate up alot of time that we werent able to go to some sites indicated.
We were told that we were going to stop for souvernir shopping (which we expected) and encourage to buy there to help community.. i wish i didnt wait for that place as it was a tourist trap. I wish id bought whatever along the way for a fraction of price.
We had a good day but improvement in organising the Bethlehem bit would improve tourist experience

I found the tour very annoying. There were about 40 of us and we often had to wait for the toilet. We were at the Western Wall for about 5 minutes and the guide's information was very unstructured. The guide on the Bethlehem tour was great.

An excellent tour with Bein Haim Tourism Services. Mr. Udi was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide imparting insightful information on the people, historic sites, and current day events . The tour was well organized, with sufficient time to explore the different sights we were visiting. Lunch was hearty and culturally stimulating. The tours are amazing. The guides are very knowledgeable and include a lot of information I did not expect. This is the only way to really see the sights in Israel. Also very efficient at picking you up and dropping you off before and after the tours

Best tour guide I’ve ever experienced! This is a great tour if you like big tour groups, waiting for buses and people, not able to hear guide due to so many people and only having a short time at main attractions.

I would not repeat the tour with this company, last year I did it with another and the experience was much more positive. They don't leave any free time in Jerusalem, however, they take us 1 hour to a souvenir shop in Bethlehem and just 30 minutes to eat. To make matters worse, they encourage us to leave a tip when the tour costs more than €100 and they don't even give you a bottle of water. There are much better tours!!
