This tour was excellent. Our guide Flavia was very informative and passionate about the history of the Rome. She made the tour of the 3 locations informative and fun. The three hours flew and well worth money. Great to see from gladiator entrance for the Collusseum and the views from Palatine hill were great. If warm or dunny bring water and wear comfortable shoes. Favourite thing of holiday 10/10

Excellent tour leader and pictures she had helped hugely with visualisation.
The audio devices could be better with better headphones perhaps covering both ears or tell customers to bring their own if you like.
Thank you

Okay, guide was okay. Headsets were not good, one completely broke so could not hear the guide. Skip the que was not completely skip the que. Otherwise a pretty decent trio

The tour itself was fine- but the tour operator was ridiculous. I would never recommend - especially when 2023 gets really busy
We booked for a specific time - and they changed times on us. They announced this change via email without asking us or confirming. We showed up early and were bumped to later so it screwed up our next tour
Other people were not so lucky - a lot of people got changed. Only if you notice (while on travel) their email did you know they changed. The app still showed the original time and never changed
The idea that i can book a date and time on Viator and it can be changed, without me saying ok to the change is ridiculous. I'd avoid this group, some people showed up at their time and missed tours and offered partial discounts which is even worse

Great tour- Flavia moved us smoothly through the lines (loved skipping through them!), and shared lots of interesting tidbits, information and her passion about the subject. Definitely recommended!!!

Great tour! Our guide, Francesca, was very knowledgeable and very entertaining and we learned things about the Forum and the Colosseum and Ancient Rome that we would have never discovered had we just gone on our own.

Off to poor start as we turned up 10 mins early but guide didn’t appear for 20 mins after start time. That said Aleeeandro was very informative and made it an interesting tour. Bring comfortable shoes and water as it is a long walk with many steps and quite tiring. Lots of great photos to take. Security checks and queues are super fast so well worth beating the other queues with a guide. Radio sets and earphone makes it easy to hear tour guide!

I received a text telling me to come 15 minutes earlier. Viator office very difficult to find. Than waiting in very slow queue and consequently missing the deadline for tour by 1 minute.
We werewolf we had to buy new tickets now: we lost 128 dollar.
We found much cheaper tickets at the train by another operator. It was not a tour, but entree was much quicker and you can go at your own pace. Background info is written down on signpost in the colosseum anyway.

Seeing the Colosseum from both inside and outside and learning more about it, and recommend to go for the guided tour

I will say this , get to the meeting place at least 1/2 hour before the tour , it gets very crowded with several tour groups starting at the same time. The tour was fine although some people felt they were not given enough time to stop and take pictures. Wear comfortable shoes it is a lot of walking over different terrains and steps.
