It was wonderful to get up close to the rock sketches at Chichen Itza. The carvings were so detailed and still so vivid.

Amazing tour. Our guide (Victor I believe) was great- informative and knowledgeable. Great English. Van was nice, they had cold water, beers and soda for us along with snacks for the day. Definitely recommend the private tour! Everything was fabulous!

The idea of the private tour is great, however, our guide was not at all as excited to be there as we were. It was obvious he wanted to get back as soon as possible, his English was not so great and when we compared him to other guides seen around, not at all informative. I would really expect much more from a PRIVATE tour. Also, he cut out a visit to Valldolid, per his explanation the town was closed due to a presidential visit, which proved not to be true while driving though perfectly open a vibrant town. So guess the tour could be nice, you just need to be lucky with the drive. Also note - for your money, you get each 1 drink (during the whole trip?) and 1 small pack of chips…

Omar was outstanding and very knowledgeable on Mayan and other cultures. He customized the day to fit our interests. Benjamin, our driver, was outstanding as well.
Chechen Itza was amazing in many ways and exceeded our expectations. Cenote, for which we had low expectations, was wonderful, unbelievably beautiful, not too cold at all, and also exceeded expectations.

The tour was excellent and was pretty much as per our expectations. Guide Miriam was good and knowledgeable. She was proactive to address all our queries on this historical site. Driver Carlos was good as well.

This is the 2nd time we’ve done this tour in order to bring family members. Our guide and driver were phenomenal with our parents and really cognitive of how they were doing in the heat ect.. avoiding the crowds and able to move at your preferred pace as a private group is everything because the sites get insanely hectic with large tour busses. Would HIGHLY recommend to others and we have.

Our guide and driver were excellent. The "market" experience wasn't what we expected - a few shops at the cenote wasn't really what we were looking for. More clarity for future guests would be beneficial.
