This 4-hour private cruise for up to 16 passengers is like having your own boat and crew for half a day. We had a wonderful time on the La Isla Tour. Javi and Lorena were super accommodating. The kids loved playing on the water mat & we got extra lucky when we got to see several whales.

We had a wonderful time, and the crew was as great as other reviewers have said. Lorena totally took care of us, and we bonded as moms :) We went the first week of April so it was a little chilly and toward the end of whale migration season, but she and Javi made sure we had a great time. We opted out of swimming to go chase whales, and as you can see we found them! Lorena had lots of great knowledge about the whales that made the experience even better. The boat itself would be amazing for a group of friends, family ... we chose it because my older parents would have had a miserable time trying to navigate a catamaran and sitting randomly on a crowded, slippery boat full of other people. One tip: the chips and salsa were yummy, but if you think your crew will be hungry pick up some extra snacks before boarding. There's no fear of this being a random, poorly run operation just trying to churn through as many tourists as possible. Book and enjoy!

We had a wonderful boat day on the Allora boat! The crew was so friendly and accommodating, willing to change plans depending on what we desired. One of the folks in our crew started to feel sea sick when we headed out to the Pacific for whales, so they were more than happy to turn back to calmer waters. We had two young kids on our trip as well and they made sure they were happy and having a great time. When we stopped to snorkel and swim, our youngest child wasn't so sure he wanted to swim to shore to explore, so the captain offered to paddleboard him over! Such a thoughtful gesture. Balthazar, the first mate, also made the absolute best guacamole we had the entire time we were in Cabo! I would highly recommend this tour. It was such a fun day!

We had a group of 10 people and decided to book this excursion to have the boat to ourselves. The boat was super comfortable and had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the scenery and got to see some whales up close! Everyone on board took good care of us. It was a great way to spend our afternoon. Would recommend and if we are back in Cabo we would do again! We thought the price was fair considering we didn't have to share the boat with others. We also enjoyed the marina where the boat was located.

Both boat and crew were outstanding for our family’s visit to Cabo. The private experience allowed us to create memories together unlike any other tour we’ve taken in the past. The boat itself was very nice and spacious to comfortably accommodate our party of 13 with a nice bathroom onboard. The crew made us feel very welcome and provided fun water toys for the kids.

Lorena and her crew knocked it out of the park for our La Isla Manta VIP private sunset cruise! We felt very welcomed and enjoyed their company as they treated us to what turned out to be our unanimous favorite adventure in Cabo San Lucas.
The Manta is docked at the end of Dock G in the marina (our group of 8 walked from the street closest to Lorenzillo's). It is a clean, spacious boat with comfy bench and chair seating, and a large cushioned platform to soak up the sun. It has a amazingly large restroom onboard, which is a huge bonus both for the necessary and for changing clothes. Two lounge chairs with side tables are on the upper deck, which also served as a launching pad for jumping into the Sea of Cortez.
We were so happy with our choice. The sunset cruise went down the shore, stopped for fun in the ocean with snorkel equipment a very large water mat, then continued to El Arco. We continued at a nice lazy pace suitable for enjoying all the Sea of Cortez and the beautiful sunset has to offer. For us, that included seeing a baby whale breach completely out of the water, then watching the mother show us how it's done :)
La Isla includes a very skilled and talented photographer, who takes many great pictures and offers all of them for sale at the end of the trip. Easy decision to purchase them!
We brought our own tequila and margarita mix, which they transformed into delicious margaritas for us. They provided yummy guacamole, chips and salsa. They also have a sound hookup for our phones so we could play our own music.
Highly recommend.
Arrive at Dock G's locked gate 5 minutes before your tour time (our voucher said 30 minutes) and Lorena will greet you.
