Our guide will whisk you through the islands most charming streets on your way to witness the age-old craft of Lace making and Glass Blowing. 1. Basilica di San Marco
We provide the skip the line tickets, so walk right past the long queue and go right on inside. During November through March, St. Mark’s Basilica does not offer skip the line entry because lines are generally non-existent.
2. Doge's Palace
As you explore the Doge’s Palace, you’ll hear about the wild ways of the Venetian Republic under the rule of elected magistrates. This tour not only showcases the interior of this ornate palace, but also goes in depth about the crime and legal system that was once in place in the city of Venice. Admire classic works of Venetian art and visit Doge’s Palace’s main sights, such as the Grand Staircase and the Bridge of Sighs. You'll even get to see some of the prison cells that were functional during the time of the Venetian Republic.
3. Venice
Time to Board your Gondola! After your visit to St Marks and the Doges Palace conclude, it’s time to partake in that quintessential Venice activity. That’s right, step right up to your gondola boat! Left in the care of a trusted gondolier, enjoy the beauty of Venice from the water. Fun fact: in the Venetian dialect, “gondolier” translates into “rowing master”.
4. Murano
Dive into the age old craft of Glass Blowing on one of Venice's most famous islands! Accompanied by your guide you will enjoy a glass blowing demonstration learning all the ins and outs of this old Italian craft
5. Burano
Make your way through Burano's cosy streets on Venice's most colourful islands - known to be a true insta-paradise. Here we head to a lace making workshop where you'll witness a lace making demonstration by locals with an impeccable eye for detail!

The itinerary is nice. We have enough time to see the doges palace and st marks. Wish we had more time in Burano as it is a beautiful island and we only had 1 hour to explore.

But sadly the guide is a bit repetitive. Wish we had better guide.

We did the whole day tour, 9 hours. The first part, the Doge Palace and St Mark’s was quite interesting. Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The second part, Burano and Morano, was a 4 out of 10. The guides were friendly and helpful but the presentations were quite basic and short and didn’t have any time to explore the island. Felt rushed.

This was a two part tour with Suzana and Luis. The first part comprised of a ferry ride to two islands. This is where Suzana took us to a glass making factory. Unfortunately, Suzana has to be one of the worst tour guides I’ve experienced. Her English was not up to par. She kept asking us to translate verbiage. Something that should take a few seconds to explain took 5 minutes. The problem with that is the language barrier left a lot of guests to fall asleep. She did a poor job teaching knowledge about the water and the islands. I have to say don’t waste your money on the first half. We purchased an English speaking tour and found a broken Italian/English guide.
The second half of the tour was fantastic. Luis was full of knowledge and life. Everyone including myself was engaged in everything he said. He was fluent in English, but also had a great personality. The second half of the tour is a must do. You can purchase them separately.

When we arrived at the meeting point, we were told that they did not receive our information due to overbooking on viator. Since the tour is full, they cannot accommodate us. Since this was already the last day we spent in venice, we did not have any other options. The tour guide mentioned this is not uncommon and they have other people experience similar issues earlier today.
We tried requesting a refund on viator but were told they were “unable to offer a refund” with no explanation.
