Great experience. Very big pools, very clean! The sides were very fast, beware!! Not for the faint of heart. I don’t think pool temps were accurate, but either way, they were amazing!

We came here at the end of our vacation in La Fortuna and spent several hours relaxing in the hot springs, visiting a swim up bar, and enjoying the buffet lunch. It was a fairly simple spread but the food was hot and a great atmosphere.

It was fun to get my bump into different thermal water ponds at different temperatures! Admission included a lunch buffet. Food was eatable!

Beautiful place to come at the end of a long day of hiking and sightseeing. The resort is huge! We arrived at 5:45 and had our buffet dinner. There was a lot of food to choose from and you have an hour to eat. Alcoholic drinks not included. Then we made our way down the path and stopped at all the different hot springs pools. CAUTION the slides are very fast and somewhat scary. You definitely want to take caution for younger kids. My husband got flipped and turned all around. They still loved it, but just take caution. The hot springs were absolutely wonderful and by 8pm we were ready to head home to bed.

Had a lovely time soaking away an afternoon at Baldi. With the amount of people we saw checking in and that were around the change rooms, we thought it would be crowded but were pleasantly surprised. We didn't eat here so we cannot comment on the food. One word of advice is to get your towels when you're done in the pools so don't have to lug them around all day. Also, the showers didn't have warm water or toiletries and there was no place to put your belongings while you were in the shower.

It was so beautiful. Nice experience, nice place, only negative side is the service at Baldi hot springs, they had trouble with my reservation despite confirmation by trip advisor. I had to wait 30-45 minutes, difficult to understand because I speak neither English nor French. I contacted trip advisor to ask them to contact them and accept my reservation. Afterwards everything was fine I was able to enjoy the rest of the day. Trip advisor 5/5 for the service but baldi hot springs a big 1/5 for customer service otherwise the site is very beautiful! It’s been a great day of activity

The grounds are gorgeous, and with so many hot springs it doesn’t feel crowed. The buffet lunch was well presented with lots of options. Typical CR food, but very tasty

It was an easy and quick process to book our day pass to Baldi! It was a beautiful place and quite a different experience swimming in hot water, especially with our 3 younger girls. It was nice to relax in! We tried some of the water slides and appreciated the smaller cool water pools to chill in when we got too hot. We ate lunch at the buffet, which was just ok. The meat and pasta were a bit overcooked and it would have been nice to have a few more options. We ended up skipping dinner here and instead went out to a restaurant downtown. But overall we had a nice time and glad we went.
