We booked a 10am pick up, the day before we were told we would be picked up at 6am, we were not offered an alternative time or day.
Not impressed, I'm afraid.

2nd time coming here. first time we done the tour ourselves,second time with a guide! Definitely recommend having the guided tour!

Our guide Michael was amazing could not fault him!! Unfortunately our driver spoilt our trip due to his constant swearing whilst he was driving , when we arrived at auschwitz we found that there was only 3 tickets when I booked 4 it was very embarrassing hence I would not book with you again

The visit to the concentration camps cannot be considered as the ‘highlight’ of our visit to Krakow, visiting them is a must to pay ones respect to those who perished at the hands of the occupying force during 1939-1945. This must never be forgotten or ever happen again.

Was a bit concerned when my tour got cancelled, and was offered the next day, I wasn’t sure I would get my trip, however, it went ahead, driver turned up on time, guide very knowledgeable & very polite with good English. Very impressed overall and would use Viator again. Thank you

We had an amazing time when we got there! The guide informed us greatly and really highlighted the importance of the death camp. The driver Lucas was good as well, he kept us well informed and had great breaks along the way! Without him we would’ve got lost!

Received a message the evening before the tour was set to take place to let me know that it was cancelled. They said this was due to Auschwitz not having availability that day, but that was a complete lie as we ended up just getting public transport to the museum ourselves and buying a tour at their ticket window instead (which work out cheaper anyway!).
Seems from the reviews this is a regular occurrence, so definitely keep this in mind when booking that you are rolling the dice whether they show up or not. It was our last day in Krakow and if we hadn't taken the gamble of showing up would have scuppered our holiday.
Also still awaiting that refund to come in...
