Marrakech holiday as a whole was absolutely out of this world. The overall experience was absolutely wonderful and the staff were so kind. The balloon ride; whole operation was very professional, friendly and well executed, totally safe. The attitude was always - the customer's satisfaction was the main focus at all times. The early morning balloon ride (5 am start) to see the sun rise over the Atlas mountains was a dream. Authentic breakfast in a bedouin tent in the Sahara - really good. The camel ride, my back will recover, but I would not have missed it. Would I do this again - absolutely.

Great hospitality from pickup to drop off. Felt in safe and capable hands throughout. Enough room in the basket to move around for photos and the pilot Sancho was great. Would recommend to anyone that wants a great trip out.

The view is great, however the the heat from the engine is burning our skin, which makes the experience less enjoyable. The noise coming from the heat engine is also unpleasant.
The camel ride was shorter than expected and no bottle of water served. The driver was kind but in a hurry so the bamps were unpleasant throughout the pick ups.

This was a birthday gift to myself and it was amazing! From start to finish. First we were contacted to meet at 530am but because of poor reception we never got the message. Not to worry I called and the owner called back, walked me through were to meet him, he personally picked us up and drove us to the balloon 🎈 launch site. Wasn't until later where he showed me the text where he tried to reach us. That alone he could of canceled our reservation or left us. But he didn't. He was so very kind and personable. Even but me and my friend in a spectacular basket 🧺 with a Moroccan superstar and his star 🌟 pilot. Lina is the youngest Ballon pilot in Morocco 🇲🇦 and a complete joy. She wasn't a bad DJ either. I can't say enough. The almond crescent to pregame and an assortment of warm goodies after the ride. No detail was left out. Then a very nice jaunt threw the 🏜 desert on a 🐫.. We even met some cool people along the way that gave us great recommendations for other things to do while in Marrakesh. I would highly recommend 👌🏾 10 out of 10!

This tour is wonderful especially if you go in the early morning. You’ll be able to watch the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains. The views are breathtaking and you’ll have wonderful photos/memories to last a lifetime. Dress warm since the mornings can be a little chilly.

The views are beautiful. I am giving this a 4 out of 5 however because there were no other balloons in the sky during our ride which was very disappointing. It also would have been better to ride at sunrise but we went up 2 hours after sunrise. The camel ride was only 15 minutes which was quite short. For the price, I am not sure if this excursion was worth it but it was nice to do as a one time thing.

This was fantastic experience and I am so glad we did it. Sanchos our guide was fabulous and so chatty. The breakfast and camel ride that followed was fabulous as well.
We were taken home by Rade another pilot and he told us so much about the culture and traditions on Morocco. Highly recommend to spend a morning on that and you still have rest of the day to do something else.

My first experience in a balloon but it was fantastic. Try to get the first flight in the morning with the sunrise. Seeing the balloons being filled and being prepared is a sight to behold, especially impressive because of the number of balloons all taking off at the same time. Breakfast was lovely, the staff, especially the balloon ground staff were great. Not sure the camel ride was my cup of tea, it seemed a bit underwhelming but thats because the balloon ride was so spectacular it was impossible to follow that experience. Pick up/drop off was well organized. Well worth the early start.
