This water park is amazing! Very spacious, clean and every staff is very helpful and friendly. We bought the express ticket and it took us maximium 10 mins to queue. We managed to complete 10 rides within 2 hours and spent the rest of the time chilling.
We want to extend a special thanks to the premium seating staff called Jinna! He has been super helpful and made our stay even more amazing!

my son is a thrill seeker and so his dad gets dragged on the rides with him. Im more for the quite life. This is not a cheap day out. We purchased tickets in the UK before we went from get my guide (cheapest we found and we discovered that this was £50 cheaper than if we had bought them on the day). I also emailed the park before we left the UK to secure 2 skip the line passes for my son and husband as it does say that these can sell out. These were well worth the value, especially in the morning as they managed 6 rides in 90 minutes which isn't and going as i heard others saying they had waited in the queue a long time and some queues where saying 60 mins queuing, The park is like amaze. If you don't see where someone comes out the ride you can loose them for hours. Take your own water shoes, my son was asked to take his off, not sure why but he wasn't bothered. There are separate male and female changing areas and a family changing area (with 3 cubicles....) The wristband is like a watch that you tap at the entrance to a ride. you are not allowed to take your own food or drink, they do check everyones bags, however we did see some people with drinks bottles in their bags and these appeared to be fine. Drinks dont really cost more than a UK theme park but food wise, we had a 'mcdonalds style' lunch, 2 kids cheeseburger meals and a couple of chicken legs with fries and was over £40 - extortiante but if you want to eat you have no choice. I am pleased we went for the experience really and if you are staying at the atlantis, check if entry is included in your stay as there were prices for hotel guests so some packages don't include.
Altogether with tickets, 2 fast passes and lunch this day cost us just over £500 .(tickets £255.48, fast passes £215.10, food £45.70). Pleased I went. Yes, would i go again, not sure but only due to the cost, otherwise i probably would.

Excellent family day out. A significant cost but for a full day for three of us I felt it represented good value for money. Things inside the park are expensive, but that’s to be expected. Water bottles (small) €3 each but pro tip there’s a free refilling station in the centre of the park next to the Leap of Faith ride right next to the fish tanks.

Amazing time in the waterpark , we booked Cabana .. Reshma was our host and I must say She is the best .. She share some tips about what to do in the waterpark..She was very supportive & super active , as whenever we enter our cabana it was well organised and she took good care of our family and was always looking after us during our stay ..

Best water park I’ve ever been to. Had a blast with my S/O and went on awesome rides. Great help from Anthony and the rest of the staff. Definitely coming back.

Fun day, lots of rides. Not so crowded in the morning and after 15h. Special thanks to Reshma and her big smile, she was in charge of our cabana (pick this option for extra safe an private space) and she adviced us what rides to do, very attentionate.

What a fantastic day, with family visiting from the UK, so we took the option to upgrade to a cabana and fast track tickets. Madan was assigned to us, to show us to the cabana and look after us throughout the day with any food/drinks needs. The service from Madan was exceptional, very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, thank you !

I rate the water center positively overall, I was lucky to have few people. The only big negative that really pissed me off was visiting the swimming with dolphins attraction. I understand that the entrance for one person will most likely be expensive, but unfortunately no one told me that for 50 photos in digital I will pay the same as for the entrance and you cannot take photos here yourself. I take it as a deliberately uninformed client. This one really disappointed me.
