What an absolutely great trip. Our tour guide Steve was fantastic. His knowledge was outstanding and was very informative. He made us all welcome and let us laughing.
We did so many things on the day . Was worth every cent.

Guy was awesome, gave us some good tips, knowledge on the history of the area and plant/tree life. The 4x4 ride was a bit of an adventure, but good fun everyone taking turns to sit in the front seat for the experience.

Fantastic day tour, covered lots of the best things to see and do on K’gari. Great way to see the island, as the driving was all done by a very skilled driver. Keith the driver and tour guide made it a fun filled day. Keith is an energetic, fun, knowledgeable and perfectly suited to being a tour guide for this location. His primary aim was to make sure everyone had a great day and he certainly did this, it was lots of fun. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone, particularly if Keith’s onboard.

I enjoyed the Alkali Creek. It was a special phenomenon and very refreshing to get into that special water. My husband liked the remains of the logging camp. He could relate since he worked at a saw mill when he was in college.

Great day! Dave. D was a fantastic guide, so informative and friendly, made the day really interesting and had a lot of passion the island. In between the bus rides there was plenty of freedom to enjoy the location as you wish. The lake swim was our highlight for sure. Lunch was nice and filling.

Amazing day! We had Dave D as our tour guide. He was really informative and approachable! He knew loads about the island and genuinely cared about it, learnt a lot and was so interesting!
Island was so beautiful! Visited lots of great spots with lots of time to visit them.
Brought snacks as sometimes the buffets can be not great, but it was really good! Had a very full plate, snacks not touched!

We had a wonderful day trip to Frazer Island with K’gari Explorer Tours, Jean was our guide and driver, we didn’t know what to expect, it was amazing Jean was an excellent driver and full of knowledge about all aspects of the island, we even had an impromptu light aircraft flight it was brilliant. We also had a lovely lunch, being driven down the beach was brilliant.

We weren't super excited about this excursion, perhaps the fact that the weather was bad didn't help. If you have travel sickness I do not recommend this outing. The 4x4 bus pitches horribly on the steep paths of the island. There were also a lot of us on the coaches... If we had to do it again we would rather rent a 4x4 to take the time to really visit the island at our own pace, or we would book an excursion in a smaller group.
