Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

Worth doing once but would not do again. Just wasn’t worth the money for the tilt or the waiting lines. Also people were extremely pushy at the top for pictures and what not. Cool to do once but would not do with young kids. Too many adults pushing each other around. Also the staff seemed slightly overwhelmed at times.

Really neat experience. A little misleading though because this just covers the entrance. To do the tilt is an additional $10/person.

We went at sunset and at night. The view is impressive! However, about the Tilt experience: I didn't necessarily find it crazy: it's a lot of waiting for nothing. In real life, you stick close to the windowz and you see the same thing! It's crowded, but it's okay.

We loved the 360 view of the city of Chicago. The day was clear. The touch screen maps were a wonderful addition. The memorabilia were easily available.

We visited at night and had the best view! It was disappointing as part of the view was closed for a private event but still incredible. Next time we will have to come back to see the view during the day - especially Lake Michigan!

The view was spectacular. The entire facility was not clean. It was not well staffed and it had nothing but cheap, scuzzy looking cellophane wrapped food and lousy drinks. I felt completely ripped off. I was embarrassed for my guest.
